Euro migrant crisis

Feasible doesn't mean SCOUTUS wouldn't strip parts away, or that it would even be enforcible. I can lie about my religion, just like I can lie about being mentally clear to buy a rifle. Neither law seems enforcible

The Constitution doesn't defend the right of potential immigrants, it defends the right of American citizens and there is no obligation to ever accept the immigration of people who have an ideology that is hostile to us, our way of life and the rights that are granted to us by said Constitution.

You still haven't answered the question of how border forces can prove that a migrant is a Muslim from a terrorist hotspot?

Why exactly are we obligated to take in any Muslim immigrants? They come from a hostile culture and ideology, and according to data collected by the German Government less than ten percent are employed. Nowhere in the constitution does it say the U.S is obligated to take in immigrants just for the hell of it especially if they cause ungodly amounts of crime and contribute nothing.

Do you think we just happen to let anyone in? We usually investigate the fuck out of the people we give visas too, and finding out whether they are muslims or not would be easy for like 99% of Muslims.

Very well then, my next question. Assuming that they turned out to be a Muslim, would they all be turned away, no exceptions?

Until they get their shit together? Yes they should be.

Can you point me to a single country in the world who received a sizable amount of muslim immigration and it created a net positive for the country that couldn't have happened otherwise?

lol no such thing, Islam is incompatible with any other ideology because of its nature which asserts and demands its dominance wherever muslims are, blame mohammed's deathbed address

This tragedy hit way too close to home with me and I'm honestly getting tired of people trying to push their agendas on it.

True, it's not in the Constitution, but the US does have a right of asylum for refugees.

Keyword refugees. Muslims who want to come here for gibs me dats have no constitutional or legal right to be here. There is a very strict legal standard for refugee status and half the idiots we import don't meet it. In addition a key provision of the right of asylum states that upon cessation or nullification of hostilities in their native lands they are obligated to go back. Refugee status does not in any way grant permanent or even semi permanent residential status.

I imagine this investigations require a lot of work and resources to be piss easy. When I did the paper work to get a tourist VISA there were a lot of people doing this, the questions were exhaustive and it took months to be sent.

Yes there are those who are Muslim and hostile, but there are exceptions. I would like to mention that my country has never instigated or started wars with any other nation in its entire history. Now whether or not people should let in immigrants, a background check and knowledge of the person's country of origin or religious/political stance should be necessary. Only the proper people should have the right to immigrate.

Agreed. If your not from a country with a history of radicalization and you have no ties to extremist groups then after an intensive background check including social media postings you should be admitted.

Oh no, I'm not disagreeing with that. Our right of asylum is definitely a mess. The question was why is the US obligated to take in Muslim immigrants, and the answer is that if they can prove they're being prosecuted, then we have to take them in as refugees.

Of course, the biggest problem with that is that many people can lie and cheat the system, so we end up with taking in people who don't meet the requirements.

Also the fact that Muslims are the ones doing most of the persecuting. Omar persecuted 49 gays 3 days ago with an assault rifle.

The most radicalized Muslims who attack in the west are all born in western countries and become more radical than their parents who left their birth shitholes.

A ton of them also become radicalized later on through the internet or neighborhood mosque or DVD or a friend.

Just look at how any thousands of non-radicalized youths in Europe left to fight for ISIS after become radicalized after only a few months.

So why take a chance? Just stop all Muslim immigration here until Islam has reformed and these things stop happening.

Refugees are fleeing a warzone the next SAFE COUNTRY that is not embroiled a war. So the US would only need to accept refugees from Mexico and Canada if those two got into civil war.

If you go from Syria to Sweden, you are not a refugee fleeing your safety, you are a migrant that wants conquest or gibs-muhs.
Which leads us to the lack of accusing fingers, why is Turkey the only place taking them in and than shovelling them into EU? I recall Saudi Arabia having air conditioned tents on standby. I don't even have AC. Saudi Arabia has a lot of dickbags it seems. Why are not those rich gits helping their brothers in need?

Some people are telling me that immigrants are good for the economy, and some people are telling me that immigrants are bad for the economy. Which side should I believe?
