I don't doubt that Cyraxx will be the one to get arrested if the cops are called, it's just surprising that Sally hasn't called them already considering this is the closest to an actual reason to do so she's ever had and whether or not a crime was actually committed has never stopped her before.
It's probably because she knows Cyraxx will be in trouble too. Remember that this is that same lady that was pissed off at Billy for reporting her son to the cops rather than to her. She may call the cops later, but i wouldn't be surprised if she's weighing the chances that Chance spends a night in jail in her mind.
You have a long history of Marty harassing cyrax or vice versa. It's not cut and dry and especially not when Marty calls him over.
Depends on their mood. Removing Marty and leaving rax alone is a good way to avoid more trouble. Leaving both so close means there's likely more trouble they don't want to deal with and Marty is the easiest to remove. A night in the drunk tank approach.
This isn't a trial, if the cops are called, they have to make a determination at the scene based on the information at hand. You have on one hand Raxx who's going to start rambling about ice bullets and dead fetal pigs and on the other hand, you have Marty who will pull up recent clips from this week about Raxx threatening him with a tripod, and then the actual footage of Cyraxx aggressively approaching Marty and from the looks of it, lunging at the him.
Cops have wide discretion but I don't think you can ethically throw Marty in the tank in this case since a) the conflict is already over and b) there's no belligerence left and c) there wasn't really any significant physical injury. In all likelihood, they'll tell Raxx to get a restraining order against Marty, and they'll explicitly tell Marty that he will be arrested for disturbing the peace if they are called out again.
Now here comes the mind games if people were smart. Marty if he weren't a tard, should find an excuse to leave the house for the night and go to a bar or something. If the cops are called and he's not there, they will more likely than not just not pursue things since the incident is already resolved.
If Raxx/Sally were smart individuals, they would call the cops and risk Chance getting thrown in jail so that they can get Marty's dox for a restraining order. The restraining order will do jack shit but Raxx can essentially doxx Marty, which will likely put a lid on the trolling for a long time since I have a feeling Marty is a bit of a lolcow himself.
We'll see what happens.
