What the fuck is "subjective health status"?
My guess is this means that OP believes that if you assume that an infinifat has untreated diabetes, severe sleep apnea, fucked vital organs, etc due to their weight just by looking at them, then you are *rude* and *mean* for thinking so. Despite that the correlations for those things are very strong.

You can actually tell a lot about a fat person, especially one Ash's size, just by looking at them. People don't get fat just out of nowhere. Brain tumors or other conditions that can destroy metabolism is one thing, but it's much rarer than HAES people claim it is. Most often enough Occam's Razor is in play. You eat too much, you'll get fat. And the more you eat in a day over a period of time, the fatter you'll get. It's not rocket science.

Obesity is pathologic. It teases much worse things going on physically and mentally in a person. This board proves it. This thread proves it. It's one thing if Ash is fat, and a whole other that she perpetuates making other depressed or traumatized women fatter for her own financial and social gains. I'm not even getting into the feeder shit beyond "shit's whack."

Ash is a very, very fucked up woman. Her supermorbid obesity is merely a symptom.

I can just imagine a super or infinifat on a high risk work site. Sirens are wailing, the firetrucks are on their way, something very big and very dangerous is on fire, the air is full of smoke and fumes, the safety reps are freaking the fuck out trying to find missing personnel, and everyone is legging it through the front gates...

... and here's the infinifat trying desperately to go faster than a slow shuffle as she exits the office and tries to make it to safety.

Yeah, nah.

Jesus, the wording of the participation agreement is really something. I hope this takes off and blows up spectacularly.
I'm sure it only gets worse, but I seriously had to stop reading after they demanded the provider "acknowledge [their] privilege... as a lighter-skinned black person." 😳 That's seriously some of the most racist shit I've ever read!

What happened to validating people's experiences? Are you saying lighter-skinned Blacks are less than? Are you going to bust out the paper bag?

Being fat IS an eating disorder. You don't get to be 400+ pounds unless you have a deeply flawed relationship with food. It's not normal to NOT eat, but it's also not normal to slam through a weeks worth of calories in a day because you're sad or bored or whatever. Fatties always try and act like they're healthier than the skelly girls, but it's basically just anger that people feel sad for boney teen girls, but they don't feel sad for slovenly 30 year old obeasts.

In provider you have to desiginate if you will pay under the table.
To be fair, it might be more of a question of employee or independent contractor thing (I mean, I sure as shit wouldn't want an easily-triggered, emotionally and physically unstable deathfat as an employee. I'm taking absolutely no responsibility for that shit).

...But I do like the "potential tax evasion" angle.

I am not a lawyer, but I don't think they can legally hold the employer to everything on that list.

What does it mean to be able to relay "facts" without "any" retaliation? If a fat doesn't do their job, gets called on it, we'll suddenly that's "harm" - the fat can make excuses to justify why they aren't doing whatever and since the employer can't retaliate, according to this they can't fire the person because the employee gave them FACTS (excuses). Lol, no.

This is hilarious and useless. I'd love to see a lawyers take on this. This is basically an attempt at a contract, but it seems very unfairl to one side. I think I remember that a contract can't be too heavily favoring one side or the other. It may be invalid on the face of it.

"Impact matters more than intent" is a sleazy way to write "nothing will be good enough for me, and you're automatically the one in the wrong if you don't cater to my demands and feelings, regardless of how ridiculous they are"

"Perfectionism is a form of white supremacy" is insane. Isn't it racist to expect a lower standard of work from someone because they're black? If I owned a restaurant and hired one of the fatties to design menus for me, am I suddenly racist for saying so if they misspelled the name of a dish? What exactly is a "minor detail"?
