I think between the shit done to Dahl's work and the fact that we know JK is on record getting very precious over the film adaptations that her work is going to be the most protected ever seen legally after her death or she'll be dumping it into the public domain. I just started playing empresses hacked copy today and it's night and day seeing what these people are saying vs what the game actually is. The game pushes diversity and Sirona the tranny (named after a goddess) is like a savior in the first few hours so far. I haven't seen any Jewish tropes so far. The goblins seem to belong to all factions here and there. All the bad ratings are obvious ill intent as like in game the whole environment is interactive with you which is a first I've seen at this level. Everyone seems moral and nice except for the guy with the black suit and top hat so far and the one goblin.

How far do you gotta stretch things to get this far about a huge nothingburger? I've never read a harry Potter book or seen any of the movies and I'm still enjoying wandering around the wizard place and discovering the lore which is lighthearted and fun and deep. There's nothing in this game that'll make you hate trannys or Jews, if anything the opposite.

If I tried to boycott everything that comes from people I don't agree with on some things, I would freeze and starve to death.

Also if you're having issues with framrates on pc try turning off raytracing and lowering shadows. Makes a huge difference. Also emp.dll for the cracked version messes up your steam so you gotta quarantine it while you play regular steam games or you'll get kicked and it's a pain in the ass.

TL;DR: Try it out if you have the time, play with the settings, keep your eye on emp.dll, and trannys are fucking stupid.
