The scam business is definitely how they think can get her a visa. If they made an “official job offer” lmao on the last visit then she would return to Canada and then apply for the work visa in Kuwait. The authorities probably can't roll their eyes hard enough at another Syrian perfume business so I'm sure they will have to pay a pretty big "fee" to get anywhere with this plan.
