Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Here's how the Nord Stream incident was reported on

It remains a mystery as to how the explosives reached the pipeline. According to initial reports, the explosions happened at depths of between 70 and 90 metres.
There has been speculation that mini submarines might have been used to deliver the explosives. However, the amount of explosives that would have been necessary to cause such large blasts make this theory increasingly unlikely.
Instead, experts are suggesting that maintenance robots operating within the pipeline structure may have planted the bombs during repair works.
If this theory proves to be right, the sophisticated nature of the attack as well as the power of the blast would add weight to suspicions that the attacks were carried out by a state power, with fingers pointed at Russia. Moscow has repeatedly underlined its capability to disrupt Europe’s energy infrastructure.

Over 1000lbs of explosives placed at 250-300ft depths in one of the most heavily monitored maritime regions on the planet. When the sabotage happened it was widely recognised that only a large and well resourced state actor could have carried it out. Oh and then there's the fact that the pipes were partially buried in tons of silt

How was this stuff removed to place the explosives? I'm no expert but I imagine more than a scuba diver with a shovel

So in summary the new narrative is that:
- NS attacks were carried out by a Ukrainian terrorist group.
- We don't know anything about them except a detailed description of how they carried out the attack.
- A few guys in a sail boat with 2 scuba divers unburied 4 giant pipes and placed hundred of pounds of explosives
- No one noticed and they made a successful getaway

Right...

Clearly you haven't seen the newly released photographic evidence.

This is the most retarded, shitty propaganda of the war and that's fucking saying something. This is even dumber than the 'Ghost of Kiev'. Like, who the fuck believes some random fucking pro-Ukraine group no one has ever heard of procured professional divers, enough C4 to blow up a small town and did it completely without 4-5 countries noticing? Are you fucking kidding me?

This all but confirms the US did it, because its a pure reaction to Seymour Hersh's story. Even if it wasn't exactly how the US did it, it is now obvious the US did do it, because this story glows to hell and fucking back. They would have been better off NOT saying anything. I expect there are people are retarded enough, but holy God.

Why even say anything at all? There was plenty of reasonable doubt to Hersh's story, now I'm more inclined to believe it because they released this in a panic.

Dude does it even matter to the warhawks, neocons and twitter retards that will keep blindly praising and supporting this new forever war? you can feed them any bullshit story and they'll gladly pick it up no questions asked, these assholes will the the first ones to buy the "ww3 is actually good and needed here's why" articles, if it escalates to that point.

Looks like a very large missile attack is going on, Odessa hit.

If the Bakhmut lines are stable and Kiev is busy shoveling everything into the meat grinder, throwing spare capacity into softening up Odessa prior to an assault is not unreasonable...

I think they operate on the assumption they can lie, it doesn't matter how ridiculous it is. They know most of the incurious masses will just accept it uncritically. Most of the media will support and push the lie. Big tech will cover for them. The environment for lying is stronger now than it was in the lead up to the Iraq war. There'll even be plenty of people who have some unshakable faith in the establishment they'll take it upon themselves to bend over backwards to justify the lie.

With the Sy Hersh article bubbling along. I think you're right and they panicked. They realised the claim Russia did it is absolutely stupid at face value. Any thought put into the incident would highlight the absurdity. The story was making some people think about the incident.

Then the attempts to debunk Sy Hersh's claims, whatever issues with his reporting discovered to debunk it. Probably also had the unintended result of further showing how it wasn't the Russians. In trying to debunk specific claims, about dates, which boats are where and so forth. Is not painting a picture where Russia could have done it.

So they've just switched to a new placeholder lie. People who were all, "Russia did it" can now switch over to it and continue to not think. It'll be easier for the European nations to tell their people it wasn't the US. It's just a much easier lie for people to believe.

I'm deeply disappointed in the lack of Riverine action as Ukraine has some absolutely exploitable waterways.

...maybe i've been watching too many vietnam war docs...
If the Vietcong had all the ATGMs they could eat, Vietnam might have been different.

Also no John Kerry. Kek.

It's kinda wild how now Europe got involved in the war whether directly or not, they're essentially forced to continue supporting it despite the cost of living crisis affecting most of Europe simply because if they stop now then Russia just waltzes in and claims enough of Ukraine to cause the largest refugee crisis in Europe since Syria.

If you're Ukrainian, you're not going to want to go back 'home' when your hometown is now Russian.

Everyone fucks with undersea cables continuously fren. Many times sabotage devices are also left behind in case of war. This stuff is all highly classified so it is never openly talked about but all major powers have submarines ex: US/RU they employ specifically for these tasks as well as teams of deep water divers to embark from them or surface ships. Also Nuland, Blinken, Sullivan, and Cohen (CIA) all pushed this shit. Seymour wasn't aware Cohen was behind William Burns. Sullivan hates Russia because he is a closeted homosexual btw; the rest are jews and big kudos to Seymour for naming his fellow tribesman. Also the way Seymour described the detonation sequence trigger is spot on and could only come from someone familiar with spooky remote explosive triggering familiar with requirements of job, like method of overcoming marine signal interference.
Depending what unit was used Biden would be able to avoid having to tell the HPSCI and SSCI.

And I'm rather curious of when the USS Jimmy Carter was out of port back over the summer

Sometimes i wonder if they keep the education system the way it is, and burn dangerous chemicals right near towns because they want American people to stay retarded, so they trust whatever all of this bullshit is.
