It's a fun numbers excercise for us numbers autist. Him getting a bankruptcy is kinda besides the point.
Up to this point Phil has always made more money than he actually needs to survive. He can't just get a bankruoptcy 2.0 for a while. and have no credit cards.
So if he at some point have a dip in income so he gets close to what is the bare minimum to pay his real bills, we should be seeing a REALLY panicked piggy. It just a number to keep in mind as we watch piggy descend even more into obscurity.
