She did say she wouldn't have a Canadian phone plan once she returned to Kuwait. And she just said yesterday that thanks to the wireless router she doesn't need a phone plan, so it's possible that she would be completely cut off if he disabled the little router.
Have you folk not heard of prepaid SIM cards? As long as her phone isn’t locked to a Canadian phone network, she can easily just change the SIM. If it is locked then she can just buy a cheap mobile in Kuwait. No way is she going without a way to constantly be in contact with her man.She'd be cut off even if the power went out.
The same way they get into any locked premises during an emergency, they break down the door.even if she was able to call for help (does she know what the equivalent of 911 is, in Kuwait?), how would responders get in?
