To be fair this is what she signed up for, I said as much when she got suspended, I don't personally find much of what she did to be worthy of anything more than an eyebrow raise, but we're not in the realm of personal opinions, we're in the corporate sphere and she signed on to play by a set of rules and then fucked that up. No company is gonna take kindly to someone misrepresenting them. And they're gonna have shit in the contract saying you can't do that. Nijisanji's not gonna come out with this big joint statement about tackling defamation and then ignore one of their employees giving a thumbs up to people calling them a black company among all the other stuff on that list. It's all pretty standard faire stuff for a corporate contract.
Remember stuff like that Sana couldn't even do "kuso game" streams because it wasn't allowed for her to do streams outright calling games shit. Remember that Calli got blowback for permission begging for Persona, This kinda stuff is just baked into the contract and it doesn't even matter if the other party (like Raid in this case) makes a stink out of it, their contract 99% for sure just says "don't lie about things involving the company" which lying about sponsorship would entail. So like even being unphased by anything she did personally I still have to look at this and say "She signed up to play by those rules, she didn't live up to that, so she only has herself to blame"
I definitely do think she's better off. Even if not in a monetary sense, I think she'll see a bump from the exposure she got at Niji compared to her previous indie days, but it's almost certainly going to be a drop in viewership for her to not be a Niji again.
But I do think she'll be better off just in terms of her content. I think her issue entirely was not being able to fit in with the corpo expectations and that she'll be better off outside of those restrictions and that those that liked her content that ruffled feathers with the corporate suits will get better content from her without those restrictions on her as well.

I've seen this around a bit but I'd then just ask the question, How many other members did ALL of those things within basically their first month of streaming. Lotta EN members have had fuck ups, I don't think anyone has done all of it rapid fire right after debut to the point that like a third of her VODs had to be privated and/or edited. Twitter trannies are gonna do what twitter trannies are gonna do but even putting aside the "rape joke" that they seem to be pearl clutching over I think this might still be the most "well I saw that coming" Vtuber graduation/firing I've seen to date.
