Crime Connecticut school 'cleared married lunch lady, 31, of inappropriate contact with pupils' before she was charged with sexually abusing boy, 14 - and...... another one.

A school lunch lady from Connecticut accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student at her school after grooming him via text was previously cleared by her employers of inappropriate contact with pupils, it has emerged.

Andie Paige Rosafort, a former lunch aid in New Fairfield, allegedly sent nude photographs and videos to a teenage boy via Snapchat over a six-month period and also had sexual intercourse with him.

Rosafort, 31, is alleged to have sent a message asking the boy: 'You want to see something?' before bombarding him with lewd images and videos.

The investigation into the claims began in January and Rosafort was charged on March 1 with second-degree sexual assault, enticing a minor by computer and risk of injury to a minor.

But an email and court documents obtained by Fox News Digital showed the lunch aid had already met with district officials to discuss 'concerns regarding social media and maintaining appropriate boundaries and communication with students' prior to the latest investigation.

School principal Karen Gruetzner emailed Rosafort on December 1, 2022, writing: 'Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today about the concerns regarding social media and maintaining appropriate boundaries and communication with students... As we discussed, there was a report that insinuated some images were seen and/or shared with high school students from your social media account.'

An investigation 'determined that the content was not inappropriate,' according to the email.

The New Fairfield Police Department began investigating the latest allegations after receiving information on January 17 that inappropriate behavior had occurred between Rosafort and the teenager.

A friend of the victim told her parents who then reported the suspected sexual activity to the police.

According to the affidavit, Rosafort had been communicating with the victim for six months through various social media platforms including Instagram and Snapchat.

At one point, the victim alleged how he received a message from Rosafort that asked: 'You want to see something?' before sending him a nude photo.

When the boy replied asking if she had possibly sent the picture by mistake, Rosafort sent a second unsolicited nude selfie.

Among the sexts the woman is alleged to have also sent were videos of herself masturbating to him over the course of several months.

Rosafort is alleged to have asked the 14-year-old to send her nude photographs of himself in return.

The victim also reported that Rosafort attended his sports games and sent him videos of him playing.

Police collected evidence that the victim and Rosafort were in the same location when the alleged sexual assaults occurred.

According to the affidavit as seen by WTNH the teen had been at a party and told his friends that he had to leave because he needed to see his family.

His friends felt that something was off after he left in the middle of the event.

When he returned, his friends felt as though the boy was 'acting strange.' It was then that he allegedly revealed what happened between him and the dinner lady and that he had 'left the party to have sex with a woman.'

Details from the arrest warrant show how the victim had sexual intercourse in the vehicle but that he 'ended the encounter because he began to feel weird about it.'

The boy told his parents two days later after feeling 'very weird and guilty' about what happened.

The affidavit also reveals how Rosafort would often be seen talking to freshman boys on social media.

Rosafort turned herself in last month and posted a $100,000 bond. She was released on the condition she has no contact with any minors other than her own children. She is also no longer allowed on social media.

When the allegations came to light, Rosafort resigned from her part-time position at the school, having previously been warned to watch her interactions with minors, according to Newstimes. The school described it as 'possible inappropriate behavior'.

School district records reveal how she was warned not to text or contact students through social media in December.

Rosafort has been charged with several offenses, including sexual assault in the second degree and use of a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity, injury or risk of injury, or impairing the morals of a minor, according to police.

She has pleaded not guilty to the charges with her next court appearance scheduled for March 23.

What's with all these female pedos coming out of the limelight? Especially after International Women's Day.
At this point id say women are more likely to be child sexual predators than men just due to the fact women arent innately viewed as a threat while men are. "Stranger danger" is always viewed as the stranger being a man, never a woman.

But at the very least women have always been big abusers of children. You cant go more than a few days without hearing of a female teacher or school staff being caught sexually abusing a student.

bruh. No one saw this gigantic red flag?

Well they did do that social experiment on youtube, where they put a child actor on the street and told them to start crying. Men just fucking stayed away from them. Repeatedly, it was only a Woman who approached them asking if everythings okay.

Socially, Women can typically get away with a lot more without arousing any suspicion. Which is why, historically, they made the best spies.

So we can't know how many Female teachers are getting away with stuff. Because the red flags don't go up.

We're getting somewhere, they called this one "sexual abuse"--

son of a...

The biggest thing that works against the idea that women are more likely to be child sexual predators is that generally speaking, women seek specific things from men past "sex" and "not being an asshole"-- namely, "protection" and "providence". They would have to be starving for validation to want men that can't provide either of these things. On top of that, women are also normally attracted to status, which teenage boys absolutely do not have.

An adult woman who doesn't care about the aforementioned would be abnormal (for better or worse) even if they sought adult men, talk less of one who seeks underage boys and is willing to break the law for that.

However, there's almost certainly more female child sexual predators than we currently know of, on account of what you said. Consider:

I don't think a lot of female-on-male statutory rape situations involve the woman trying to groom the boy. Rather, the perpetrators are actually so socially/emotionally stunted that they can't understand the responsibility they've been tasked with in being made a teacher or anybody else with authority over minors. There's a non-zero chance that she somehow processed a relationship with a teenager as ultimately morally acceptable (even if it was unlawful) because he was a substantially sexually mature male-- ergo she couldn't "force" him, ergo it was "okay" for her to have sex with him. The chances she thought that are likely upped by her stated mental disturbances.
