Midfirst got the Conneticut condo for cheap. Phil had to pay HOA fees for over a year for that condo and he also had to pony up the lawyers fees which was roughly 3.000 $ And midfirst made a nice win as the condo had appreciated in value from nearly 50k to 85k (I think it wa that) Though in a way it also gave Phil a little win as the outstanding amount from that mortgage wasn't that high anymore so Midfirst didn't come at him for the rest

Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. Because nicer guys usually pay their debts and don't buy multiple properties they can't afford to impress the internet.

I was thinking back to when he got banned from StreamElements or whatever it was with that tweet. The detractor had originally posted the Hello Jew clip and called Phil a toxic individual. Instead of DMing the company and making a half assed apology about how he has changed and he understands that humor is never acceptable and that it was a mistake he owned up to or some shit, he decides to double down and call the troll mentally deranged, etc. It's amazing how often Phil shoots himself in the foot.

It's one of my biggest pet peeves about Phil. I get fucking angry whenever he mocks someone for a slightly grammatically incorrect dent and acts confused about it when he accurately deciphers Jayde's tardspeak.

Amazes me that Phil was so fucking lazy he couldn't be bothered to sell that place for some extra income after his aunt died, or set it up to be rented. This is the modern age, he doesn't need to be present for everything.

But no, that's too much effort for Phil and he doesn't have time, better to let the condo rot away if it weren't for Midfirst seizing it.

Fuck, he wouldn't have to be there for anything if there was a property management company that he could use. That's what I did with my first house. I didn't want anything to do with being the manager, and so my boss (who has two rental properties) put me in contact with the company he uses. They only take 1.5% of whatever the rent is. That's chump change, but then again, I live in a bigger city so a bunch of monthly 1.5%'s come rolling in, and it adds up.

Like with everything, Dave just fucks himself into the ground.

He claimed he was trying to get something like that set up but refused to do it because they wouldn't communicate with him entirely by email.

hes hoping it'll bring in more dents and money, it was only a couple months ago where he was saying he plays games at the default difficulty setting that the devs intended, then earlier this week we got a rant that hard games are literally killing him because its not healthy when his heart rate goes up that much because hes too old and now he purposely wants to play on hard? what kinds of excuses are we gonna get when he rages this time?
