Late, I know... Why are so many of them kinda hunched over post-op? It's been bothering me a lot, pre-op they stand normally - shoulders back, spine straight etc. but post-op many of them seem to almost bend down a little in a really awkward way. And it's not just when they're shortly after surgery, a good amount of them keep that strange posture even once it's healed.

They love doing fuckboy poses once they have a 'male' chest. Particularly that slouchy look seen in aloof anime boys and hot young men. For buff men they just sorta look slouchy by default due to large traps; but women can only pull this off if they curl their chest and shoulders.

Since the extension of the urethra and the closure of the vagina, my urine stream is very weak and sometimes stops in the middle when I haven't emptied yet, and then I have to press. I'm so scared, has anyone encountered this?

Sitting urine is a bacteria haven. I've had a light UTI a few times and it made me miserable unlike anything else. Something about pain in that area is really exhausting and uncomfortable.
These girls are gonna be living with decades of chronic UTI's, kidney infections, pain, etc. It's hard to fathom the future misery they will have.
