Some updates from Heather!
Her colectomy was scheduled for Feb 27th, but she got impatient and ended up hospitalized early after fucking up her toob. During the procedure they removed 99% of her colon and a couple dozen lymph nodes, oncologist was present. She had some actual blood transfusions after the inevitable surgical complications. Also had a birthday.
She posted again on Saturday to beg and cry and whine and beg, since it had been a while. Ryan has a job interview and Heather begs people to pray over all the different ways it can benefit her. She says she has a zoom call with a judge but no date or time yet. I believe she started at hospital 5 this time and then transferred to hospital 2.

Tuesday it was return of the gibs, OF COURSE she wants to be home but being at the hospital is just better for her right now. This is normal stuff that normal people say all the time. "We just continue to pray and hope that even in an economic crisis, many group members will still have the ability/want to give." Give me a fucking break.
Heather says you can DM her for her address if you prefer to send a check.

She is such a lazy useless worm. Look at this shit.
Then on Wednesday, Heather updated that the surgeon needs her to start solids ASAP, meaning she must request special outside food be delivered to her, because hospital food is gross wah. Seriously. Anyway, I assume they made her eat hospital food, because then suddenly there's a problem with her central line so she has to stay to get
that fixed.

This was posted the same day and later deleted, lol.
Yesterday (Thursday) she let us know that she updated the Amazon wishlist.

I actually spent a minute looking at it. As expected, it's a mix of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and dumb shit like a $36 electric shaver and $23 packs of string lights. The list description says they included a few fun things "because life is a balance <3". Whatever.
Then earlier today, she posted that she's unable to go home because they have no health insurance and she can't afford any of her tube or line care supplies. But because she's a "hostage" of the hospital, they aren't providing her solid food? I don't fucking get it but anyway that means she needs DoorDash gift cards too. She posts a screenshot of the cost breakdown provided by an Optum rep.

She then peddled the group, as well as her friends list at large, to ask if anyone can come spend the night with her in the hospital, because she's lonely wah. There's a really comfy chair you get to sleep in, though!
She's also gone ahead and put in an advance request for tomorrow night, in case she's still in the hospital. This bitch is 26 years old, why does she NEED someone to spend the night at the hospital with her?
