The would-be nerds/geeks of today lost their subculture(s) when it got commodified and absorbed into the mainstream, (or monoculture if you will). Like a lot of these trannies before pictures look like your average lanky/fat nerd in the 90s and 00s. It's been noted on the imageboards many times but it seems like male gen z outcasts/outsiders/nerds/etc seem to only go into 2 directions either into transfaggotry or mass shooting (usually some shade of alt-right), or sometimes both.

The male:female suicide ratio is about 4:1 in the US, but 4.5:1 in Saudi Arabia. As with any gender disparity, I suspect there are biological sex differences explaining why men outnumber women in suicides almost everywhere in the world (China being a notable exception). Suicidal ideation is more likely to turn deadly in a man than in a woman, but this doesn't mean men have worse mental health than women.





If there's any evidence of a "male mental health epidemic as a whole," I'm not seeing it.

I would argue, if anything, it's easier a lot of the time to clock troons based SOLELY on their interests, hobbies and fandoms.

For every real, actual, natal woman that's into Warhammer 40K, for example, there are about three hundred hideous Alices in stripy socks with shittily painted gender-inclusive Space Marine armies with a trans flag-inspired colour scheme.

People stop showing up for work (if they are lucky enough to still have a job) simply because there's no way of commuting.
Add to that a chronic food shortage, absolutely no access to any form of healthcare (most doctors have fled the country over a decade ago) and the fact large portions of the country are still bombed-out ruins, so millions are living in tents and shantytowns. And then add to that the motherfucking earthquake.

It's an absolute shitshow.

There’s plenty of evidence of a male mental health epidemic, just look at the suicide rates. But you’re looking at the wrong place if you’re looking at statistics of doctors talking mental health with their patients.

Men are less likely to go to the doctor, and once they’re there, they’re less likely to talk mental health.

Men are also more susceptible to societal changes and crises than women. (Like for example outsourcing.)

Look at when the Soviet Union broke up: An enoire generation of men got lost to alcoholism and male longevity dropped like a rock from late 70ies to late 50ies/early 60ies.

Female longevity in comparison didn’t drop nearly as much.
