The prevailing talk is Enna, Millie, and Elira are the core of the main clique, with Enna typically being the one everyone think is queen-bitch. There are many that think it's Elira though, mainly because she was in Niji first.
One piece of evidence people like to show regarding this is a talk Nina had with Alban a while back. In it, she talked about early in Ethyria's life she would try to get into calls and chats with Millie, Enna, and Reimu, but they would always tell her they were busy. Nina would later find out, however, that they were in voice calls with just the three of them and would exclude Nina. Here's False talking about it briefly.
The really conspiracy minded have also pointed out that Nina is the only white person between the 4 of them, with the other 3 having some Asian heritage of some kind.

Overall, it's thought that Pomu, Rosemi, Nina, and Selen are outside the main clique and have almost formed a second group. But honestly, who fucking knows. Its all rratting.

I forgot the other major thing that people bring up about the clique and the proof it exists, that one idiotic stream Millie did with some people that was mentioned earlier today.

Hmm, watched a bit of the stream, and I think I get the gist of how the program works, I just need to make a model that has all the parts I want to move on their own in different layers, then add the bones for the movement and create meshes for the deformations. It seems like what would take the most time would be making the key shapes for the deformation and stuff, also the program isnt free so I don't know if I am even going to try it now lol.

If you're interested, there's artists on Twitch who stream their work designing Live2D models and rigging. DyaRikku is one that I've watched a few times.

Edit: It's probably fake, one brave hero sacrificed his $5 on the other place and he can't find the post. I think it was just a scam to get people to watch his 3.0 debut.
