Hey, a lot of people just assumed she looked masculine because of unfortunate genetics in combination with being a fat blob, so it's not very noticeable to people not looking for it, who only see her in her thicc layer of drag makeup and from the neck up.

It's easier for someone to differentiate the faces of others and see the sexual dimorphism within their race. As a baby you grew up seeing your mother, father, and family members that are the same race as you. You may have even grew up in a community of people that share an ancestry with you. Thus your initial dataset for facial recognition is primarily of that race and you can clock them fairly easy. In other words, everyone who isn't the same race as you looks alike. Asian are a special case their sexual dimorphism differences are not a prominent as other races so the meme online is that Asians, in particular, all look the same and make the best trannies.

They use those words, but its because its a nice way to talk to the kids (or they forgot their names).
