the problem is not only rozy's genes make her a predisposition to being fucked up, but also how long will she live in neglect until she is taken in by harry? the thing is, even at a young age, her living conditions have an negative affect upon her psychologically, and so once she gets so messed up it would take a good parent and proper childhood psychologist to really reverse the damage. im not so sure that sounds like harry, the man who raised may. so unless she is taken in pretty soon by harry, then rozy is going to suffer long term effects of he living conditions.

From what we can tell Harry seems like a decent dad, who supports his kids and still has a good relationship with the mother of his children.
