I think it would be interesting to keep a catalogue of tranny names that can easily identify them as trans.

I’ll start:
Sophie
Alice
Persephone
Lilith
Clara (or Clarissa)

These are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head but if you can add more go ahead.

(Very) Less likely to be a troon:
Katelyn (or kaitlyn, any sort of variation)
Abigail
Catherine
Amy

And I guess the list goes on.

Have seen trans women with 3 of the first 4 names in OP's post, although I think Caitlyn/the like are a lot less common because of Caitlyn Jenner. I generally don't judge people who pick relatively common names, but when someone's named Paprika or whatever, I'm just reminded of another post here, where someone said that these people choose these names because they want an IRL username.

For the TIMs, I've noticed flower names are common - Rose, Lily, Violet, Daisy mainly. Also mythological names - Freya, Persephone, Venus. Some tend to go for difficult to pronounce Celtic names too, particularly if they fancy themselves as witches - Aoibheann, Saoirse. Noticed a few going for very old fashioned names too - Gretchen (Felker-Martin, author of the troon zombie novel Manhunt), Doreen (the r/antiwork guy) and Mildred (Thought Slime, mega-woke youtuber who's recently come out as non binary.)

With TIFs it's mainly the sort of names millennial parents are giving their sons nowadays - there's the infamous Aiden/Cayden/Jayden etc. and Elliot, Kai and Noah, but there's also Jasper, Rowan, Phoenix, Theo, Leo, Oliver, Finn, Chase, Connor... Really it's anything you'd expect to hear on a love interest in a YA paranormal romance novel or a teen popstar with a horrible zoomer perm. Or they'll just straight up rip off the name of a character popular in online fandom circles - Loki, Draco etc.

Either way, if it's troons renaming themselves, you almost never see them picking a name common amongst their age group, or one from their family tree.
