Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

As fun as it would be for Fatrick to sue Justin, we all know that Fatrick is all talk and no action. If the SFWA or someone with actual money isn't going to bankroll him, there's no way he's going to actually go through another lawsuit when the fat fuck can't pay for a lawyer. This is just him trying to be a bully on twitter, (stupidly) thinking it will actually work.

You know, if this podcast goes ahead, Pat actually might try to sue him. All he really needs is a single thing he can prove is not true, and he will run to the courts the moment he has it.

Its why Justin is being smart to not answer Pats questions, he knows Pat is just going to force him to admit he is working with "felons", and nothing else will suffice. Best to just ignore it, its a Pat trap, dance around it.

The perfect Pat aspect of this, is he will not try anything else with Justin's tweets. He is arrogant, so his plan will always work once Justin takes the bait. Justin has free reign to shit on Pat as long as he avoids answering that question. Plus, it will piss off fatty the longer he avoids mentioning it.

Also accusing people of being felons, in the sense that he's using it in, is per se defamation, lawyer kiwis feel free to correcT the record.
That's literally in the definition.

It's right in the first Google hit. Any retard smarter than Fatty could have found it. (And that would include most retards that were not entirely anencephalic from birth.)
The four general categories of Defamation Per Se are:

  • Indications that a person was involved in criminal activity
  • Indications that a person had a "loathsome," contagious, or infectious disease
  • Indications that a person was unchaste or engaged in sexual misconduct
  • Indications that a person was involved in behavior incompatible with the proper conduct of his business, trade, or profession

That's literally in the definition.

I don't trust Google for complex legal topics like per se defamation.

Justin should inform Fatrick that you have to show up to court in a suit. Fatrick will realize he can't afford the custom tailored suit he would need since he is so fat and poor. And when he goes looking for off the rack suits at Kohls and realized the biggest suits don't fit him, he will drop his fake lolsuit
He'll show up wearing a Geek™️ graphic tee under a blazer and think it's acceptable.

And watching a non-Kiwi like Justin go from a normie to using the term "a-log" is some bizarre hilarity. Didn't he also get in on the Pepperoni joke?

To be fair, there's a degree of nuance involved in the definition @AnOminous provided, and the larger context in which a statement is made is very important.

That said, there is no context in which it isn’t defamatory per se to claim that someone whose true identity is in the public domain is a "felony stalker...under criminal investigation" if the person hasn’t been specifically named in a criminal investigation or convicted of a crime [or charged and generally believed to be guilty - O.J. Simpson, for instance].

The obese, bitch-titted homosexual may try to argue that he isn't being "reckless" with regard to the truth [even if it isn't actually true] because of his particular circumstances - i.e., he's the "victim" of numerous "swattings" and the people who are texting him unsolicited are very likely the culprits, so even if he doesn't know it for a fact he's not being "reckless" by suggesting that they are. And there is an active, open investigation into the matter. It doesn't seem like a good argument to me, and I'd like to believe that a judge wouldn't consider it, but, as I said, nuance and context.

His buddies at the pedo guild wont let him borrow money for a lawyer for a few years I think given that he lost his case. Though this is their fault for getting him to hire a complete moron to make the case in the first place. One would think they set Patrick up to fail.
not just that, apparently they lied to Brinton (the lawyer) about the case.

i cant remember what exactly was said but someone contacted him to ask him about patso and he spilled some beans. ill see if i can find it.

The context could be that it's literally a joke.

Another defense (under which it is still per se) is that Pat is such an obviously retarded lunatic that nobody believes anything he says. But that's a fact argument for trial.

As is so often the case you are 100% correct technically, but we both know that 1. Fatty is as serious as a heart attack when he accuses his every critic of being a "felony stalker" and 2. he would never argue - at least of his own volition - that anything he says should be taken as anything other than infallible, indisputable truth.

Pat does NOT like the fact that Justin has a lawyer read his scripts. He has been very cautious, the stuff he's said has been either his opinion (that Pat is dumb and a bad writer) or based on stuff like police reports.

I don't want Justin to have to deal with a lawsuit but his narrative (someone who was abused that fought back and now does a podcast shining a light on other abusers) would get media attention and make Pat look like a monster, so it would be very funny.

Isn't it interesting how Patrick- a sci-fi fan and author- apparently hasn't heard of Samuel Delaney- a very well known sci-fi author.
And isn't it interesting how Pat- who has opinions on absolutely everything- can't make up his mind on Mr. Delaney or find it within himself to condemn an open pedophile? Pretty interesting if you ask me.
Apparently Pat only forms opinions on people if he's read their work, met them and spoke to them. Cos Pat's a real nuanced guy like that.

The SFWA is full of creeps like Delaney. Will Patrick deny knowing all of them, even after they funded his frivolous courtroom antics to the tune of six figures?

Looks like it wouldn't be Justin's first rodeo with frivolous litigation.

Patrick will insist these accusations aren't true and yet he'll refuse to openly say he doesn't condemn Delaney. You think if these were just false accusations by online criminals, it'd be easy to say so.
Patrick knows Delaney is a creep, he just simply doesn't care.
He's everything he says those evil conservatives are, bemoaning trans kids because they "secretly harbour unsavoury thoughts towards kids themselves".

Just a C&D. That's as major as a snot rag being left at your table.

By the way, Mike keeps getting dropped.

Going through Justin's FB. It's sad that he's a Lefty, but at least it's good to know that some Lefty's will still call out pedophiles when they see them. Though he always clumps everyone in an organization that has them as pedophiles.

It’s hysterical. A five minute Google Search will get Fatrick enough information to make a judgement. Especially considering this point keeps getting thrown in his face. No, Fatrick won’t condemn him because he’s on his “side” and that would mean giving Justin, his latest stlaker, any kind of win or acknowledgement.

He won’t even condemn pedophilia if it means taking an L. It also means that he isn’t angered by pedophiles, probably because if they’re gay he can’t “perpetuate stereotypes”.

What a fat scumbag piece of shit LMFAO.

I”m not sad about that. It means Fatrick can’t just call him a Trump supporter and/or Nazi and dismiss him. He has to actual engage with him based on his points and that must be incredibly frustrating. I don’t think he’s used to having to argue with someone on his “side”.

I hope Justin makes him squeal and if Fatrick sues, takes every penny this pig owns. I’ve notice Fat getting more whiny and acting like a victim as their interactions have gone on. He’s realizing he can’t just shut this guy up and he actually has points against him.
