As if you don't have to be active again for the rest of your life. What terrible advice. You should always make sure that when you are at the gym you are not pushing yourself to where you feel pain. Injuries at the gym are very common. Also exercise will release endorphins and should give you a bit of a high. You should find an activity where you don't feel "uncomfortable" and something that is fun and engaging. Take a dancing class and you'll be doing it long into your 70s.

Imagine figuring this out at 48, this dude has had his 'wise sage' persona for almost a decade and continues to make mistake after mistake but still finds the time out of his 80 hour work week to tweet shit like this. When is the last time Boogie consistently "Hit the gym", "worked hard", or "Saved money"?

The sad part is this isn't advice to his audience, this is all about Boogie's favorite person. Himself. He is telling himself "It's OK that life is hard right now, we work hard right now and have it easy later" because what he is doing (10 min videos, a few times a week) to boogie is "hard work".

Let's not forget he has already been living comfortable for 48 years without a job.

Boogie's writing is very dull. There's no hook in that forward, nor does it do anything to set itself apart from similar life stories. I felt like I was reading a generic YA protangst's backstory rather than a man's unique experiences.

I can tell he's going for an almost sardonic tone by acting unbothered by his abuse. He admits he's going for shock value and it's blatantly obvious here. The problem is that he's way too withdrawn. It's not charming or intriguing, it makes me not care. How am I supposed to care about the abuse and neglect if the narrator doesn't?

This is just the typical empty "advice" you see posted on motivational socia media accounts. Boogie is a walking (albeit barely) testament to immediate gratification, so I'm not sure if he thinks this is actually useful or he just wants another "wholesome" tweet for timeline.

Rewatched the proof video and I just burst out laughing when he compares his struggles to Bojack fucking Horseman and Rick and Morty in his somber tone. Something about a 50 year old man making cartoon analogies about his life is just so utterly pathetic.

It just shows how fried Boogie's brain is that the only way he can think to express his identity is via mainstream cartoon characters. He's a stereotypical Marvel-watching, calorie-thieving, neckbeared manchild in a cave of plastic junk, but getting close to 50 just makes it so much worse. His dyed hair and the fat smoothing out his wrinkles make him seem younger, but for how much longer?
