Yeah, they have a very strange relationship with each other. I think Micheal likes the attention and having someone who believes his lies about being a lawyer, a veteran, or whatever delusion Micheal wants people to believe about himself. Micheal claims that he is the best troll around but he is clearly not trolling Chance, giving him money and advice to stay off Marty's streams etc.

The last bodycam video(3 of 3) from after the fight, Chance called the cops again on the 3rd day in a row and wanted the cops to come out so he could lie some more to hopefully get Marty arrested. Super thanks to William for getting these.
