In these countries they're usually thieves, he probably stole some livestock

I always wonder where these videos come from, where are they uploaded originally, how did the guy posting them on shock sites find them etc..

I imagine the vast majority are posted by the preparators themselves, some likely leak from Police (sorta like the images of the Las Vegas shooter post suicide), and just kinda appear i guess

There's a video of a fat black man doing the same several years ago but with a phone case on one of these bodycam channels. I hate that the leftists have gotten the idea of mental health workers doing or being part of the response to a call mixed up with their anti-police garbage. How many of these guys and gals just need someone to listen to them? Of course now I have a reflexive distrust to anyone who opens their mouth about mental health and law enforcement. I imagine to many other people have the same response.
