This Eden incident makes things incredibly clear--the troons want global domination and will destroy any culture that maintains sanity and rejects their madness. Basically the burden of proof is on the state to prove that a gender related treatment is not medically necessary and the only experts they're allowed to consult are gender quacks themselves.
