I've worn my old, faded sports bras inside out before. It happens, especially if you wear the kind without fasteners. I'll give him a pass for that, even the faded look, bras his size aren't cheap. I don't tend to replace them until they are literally falling apart.

But a bra with that cheapass, Shein quality dress is unforgivable. Not at all feminine.
