So Phil just lied about the $5K business expenses, insisted he had multiple meetings with the judge, which didn't happen cause he paid like $2k for his lawyer which is enough for the filing and nothing else. In reality the bankruptcy happened during covid and zero chance he met with the judge.

Thank god for Sleepy Dude, he went into this with no expectations and is already a 'tractor. That's the power of Dave's aura.
