DarksydePhil / TheyCallMeDSP / Phil Burnell: The Side Scrollers Podcast Week of March 13th

Has Phil done his post-stream pre-stream yet trying to run damage control or is that tomorrow?
Yes, he did and no, he didn't do damage control. He thinks it went well! DSP got anally raped 5 hours straight, he thinks it was a fun time, and hopes to be one of the regular guys of the podcast in the future. Meanwhile the podcast guys told him he needs to get a job and seek therapy.

If someone writes a proper summary let me know and I will feature that post instead of OP.
Phil tried to use his pity party script on two grown adults and they didnt believe a word of it. He claims everything negative about him is fake, and the things he is know for, bad gameplay/scamming is ''fans''/being an asshole is an act that was taken out on context

This went on for five hours. Phil is looking forward to going back on the podcast again in the future as he thinks it went so well.

The end

Man i remember listening to side scrollers literally 15 years ago, never thought I'd see the ex Slam ball player again let alone see him make Phil squirm

The interview was a car crash but I can't see it negatively affecting Phil - he's spiralling the drain regardless. Fun for the detractors but the I doubt the dents will care.

e.g. Post podcast haul

On a more subjective note, I really enjoyed that Phil's NPD wouldn't let him understand that clearly Craig and Adam not only didn't believe him, but also did not like him. Despite this, Phil invited himself on the post-show, and hopes to become a co-host on the show.
i think it's also because phil is a friendless loser and this is the first time he's interacted with other actual people in years and didn't want it to end

Adam: So about them business expenses
DSP: "If you were to nickel and dime every single transaction I do when it comes to like video games and stuff like that, I don't think it gets anywhere close to that. I don't know how it was divvied out in that report, I don't know how it's calculated"

I don't know how it was divvied out in that report, I don't know how it's calculated"
I wonder if that alone is already fraud (or perjury). Surely you have to sign some document that says you actually understand the forms and numbers that you filled in. How can you go through bankruptcy and don't understand your finances? Didn't he have to do a mandatory bankruptcy course or some nanny-state shit like that?

Courts are usually really careful that you can't claim afterwards that you didn't understand what was going on. If DSP doesn't understand his own business expenses, he wasn't being truthful when he applied for bankruptcy.

"one of the most prolific content creators-"

"there's the illusions of grandeur"

holy shit.

Other than that weirdo making robot generated videos for his channel, Phil is the only channel with 22,000 public videos. He is undeniably one of the most prolific content creators.

He said the other day that the way he gauges how much money he's earning is by how often he hits the tips goals, and that he doesn't pay attention until 'it becomes an issue'. Assuming the truth* of these statements he's a financial moron. He cannot manage money to save his life. And if there's a problem - BEG HARDER.

*a terrible idea

The interview, and the fact he wants to do a part 2 and then become a regular guest, just makes me feel more strongly about my theory that this is all because DSP is desperately lonely and wants a friend. Making new friends gets harder and harder with age, and that's when you have a normal social life. He clearly loves this Craig guy.

I'm not watching five hours of this shit, can someone give me a quick rundown? Did the Craig guy cuck out and just ask Phil basic questions, or fell under the pignosis spell?
They proceeded to rip Phil apart for nearly 5 hours straight while Phil like a retard couldn't comprehend what was happening.

I wonder if that alone is already fraud (or perjury).
Can someone get in trouble legally by admitting fraud after the bankruptcy case was already done with? I legit don't know, and if anyone will even care. We'd need to have someone smarter than Nancy looking at his file/case.
