You were right. As we all know, the interview closed the lid on all detractor content and Phil is now totally done with that stuff. People who are curious about detractor theories can just go and check out his interview and everything will be cleared up, on the record.

DSP won't ever have to talk about drama stuff again and can now focus on a meaningful, pahsitive, on-demand and livestreaming content-style experience.

After the interview when PP went live on his own channel, his chat was nothing but dents mollycoddling him. I like to think that those who still had a braincell or two knocking about decided to cut all ties with him there and then and won't bother to go into his chat to argue.

The ones who have stuck around and continue to donate their stimmies are beyond saving.

I also believe Side Scrollers won’t milk this anymore outside of a mention or two. They seemed genuinely sick of talking about him by the end of today.

I don't think they have a choice. They are trying to be this right-leaning gaming podcast, and I don't think it's going to catch on. Also, you can't undo dipping in the DSP Autism Vortex, there's going to be dopes posting stupid DSP memes for some time.

This was my thing about the whole to be racist or to not be racist joke debacle.

If one of your biggest gripes is people clinging on to jokes you made in the past. So much as to put yourself on a pedestal for such tremendous change in your life and at times using it as a defense from cristicsm and self proclaimed witch hunts.

When you do all this shit and make all those claim. Yet still make those jokes. That's the problem.

We never said those jokes weren't okay. He did. In his admant quest to prove he's a different guy and it's so unfair to persecute him for such things. Yet he still does. And he does it frequently.

Adam and Craig got lost in the weeds of that for sure. But there's still a cristicsm to be had there.

They’ve just finished lecturing a man on doing something he hates every day for the money as well as having no long term business plan. Can’t see they’d switch into that same gear especially when they said multiple times they’re not a dsp podcast.
They also said they hope even a fraction of todays audience comes back next week. They know it’s a short term crowd.

I know it’s been said, but yesterday was really Phil’s last chance at any sort of redemption. If he admitted to spending a shitload on WWEC, gave context that he has an addiction but that’s no excuse for his predatory begging and nonstop lies, agreed to quit gacha forever and make it right by initiating a payment plan for the big supporters that felt deceived by him (even if he agrees to pay people back over a long period of time like $50 a month) that would have gone a long way imo. Obviously that wouldn’t please the ‘tractors, but his core non-troll fanbase probably wouldn’t give a fuck and some of his less hardcore critics like ReviewTechUSA would probably forgive him.

He had a golden opportunity to grow the fuck up and fess up his mistakes live in front of thousands. He could have turned the stream into a hug box if he was honest, Craig and Adam don’t really hate him like actual detractors do, I can guarantee the stream would have ended with Craig saying that Phil fucked up but he’s a good guy and he’s trying to make things right, and that would have been the best PR Phil could ever get. But now it’s over for good. He’s never going to expand past his tiny mentally disabled audience and it’s all his fault.

Phil wants to go back on the Side Scrollers podcast as a guest to boost ''engagement'', all to pay for his WWEChampions roster as his income he is able to milk from a few whales is shrinking.

He lies through his fucking teeth about said Champions account, and even brought up his Wifes medical issues and legal issues (press x to doubt) when he was close to tears when he couldnt pigsplain his way out of the questions about his WWEChampions addiction

Now Phillip is at a loss on twitter about why they don't really like him. Gee Phil, maybe saying you dont want to talk about your family, then using your family to try and change the subject, all to protect an account with j-pegs of wrestlers. That prove that account is more important to him than anything else in the world, if spending his mortgage money on apple gift cards didnt convince anyone.

Motherfucker cant even talk to two people for a few hours without fucking it up. It's incredible.

Yeah. they got a nice sub count boost probably two days full of juicy super chats. They basically proved that Phil is a lolcow you can milk but they don't want the toxic parts of it. If they can make more interviews like this with other good guest (they said they had Yellowflash hooked which is not bad imho) they might make their own nice little niche.

You know, I was going to make a joke about how soon it will take for DSP to react to the podcast and how much gold could possibly be mined from it, but I said "No way Whaler, DSP isn't that stupid. He wouldn't be dumb enough to retcon everything he said during the podcast." but here we are. It's actually going to happen.

I know it's 99% a lie. But honestly, Phil claiming his wife has a restraining order on her ex and he used to beat her is 10x worse than the Pandalee hospital stream.

The bigger problem with this is that whether or not it is true, Phil never should have said a thing about it. It's not his fucking place to say anything, just like it wasn't his place to tell the hospital story.

Compare how he talks to the dents to how he talks to normal people.

He's only talking to the dents the way he does because they can't call him out. If they were on a call or in person, he'd be as submissive. He only acts like a tough guy when he believes that there will be no consequences.
