He is referring to the hearing, and that he means that one of the judges was leaning more to rule on his side (as was his perception, or the perception of his lawyers)
When has this retard ever been able to read a judge?
Ehh, the one woman on that panel of judges seemed partial to the "I hash a dishabilooty, Kiwe Fams cautheth thucide" schtick. Skordas was also a little sloppy. I'm kinda nervous about the outcome, even if Russ and the schmucks he hired can't do anything right.

Maybe I'm just a worry-wart with PTSD from surviving the Keffalcaust.

The idea that we start threads on people "for simply existing" is so fucking stupid. Most people are boring and have nothing of interest going on in their lives worth discussing in an online community like ours. Every person we have a thread on here got their threads for good reasons. They were either doing very stupid things very publicly, or they are terrible people that like to hide the receipts of the heinous shit they have done, so we gather and store those receipts here so other people can see the evidence of their shitty behavior. In Russhole's case, its both. He has made a fool of himself time and time again, done horrible shit to people, and he tries very hard to hide the evidence of his heinous behavior so that he can continue to pretend to be the victim and not the villain.

If he was some guy who just wrote shitty music, books, and screen plays his thread wouldn't exist, or be nearly as long as it is. People like that are a dime-a-dozen here on the world wide web.

What makes Russ special is that he openly (and very publicly) discusses his whore-mongering, committed a felony in high school, sued 3 different celebrities for dates, sued hookers (submitted false evidence in one of them), stalks women, and threatened the defense lawyer in a case he was in on Facebook, and countless other hilarious, idiotic, and heinous acts. All of this, while using his disability as a crutch to get out of doing any self-reflection.

Troubling & Invasive Films
I myself would love to be a producer for Invasive & Troubling Pictures. That's my favorite phrase associated with Russ because it was the Swift's family lawyer that said it, and it gave Russ a coronary and convinced him that Taylor Swift herself both knew who he was and hated him.

I think I'll start work on my screenplay for Russ's biopic. I'll stick to known facts, but I think a good working title is It's that guy again-The Russell Greer story

Quite.

How many lolcows have threads on the Farms? A few hundred? Maybe a thousand?

If KF really had threads on people "for simply existing" as Russhole claims, there would literally be 8 billion threads.

Walburgers: Only when he has a coupon.
It's not even that great a burger. But like Coldstone he's all about the gimmick.

And in some rare cases the thread goes away because the person in question showed up, answered a few questions and basically said, "whatever" and left. Like that guy that dresses up like Goofy.

He shows up says, "I'm not hurting anybody, I like doing this and the kids seem to like it". And everybody is like. "yeah that's cool" and that was it. But the difference is this guy knew it was weird and could come here and defend himself. Russtard thinks he's right and he will sue you to prove it.

"Nice Guy Productions presents a Mile High Neon motion picture, associated with Talking Owl Films, with Mush Mouth Arts, Sounds & Limited: A story of true love, and whacky hijinks, set in Poland in the summer of 1942.

When Ira Leibowitz was hauled off to Auschwitz Summer Camp (who's motto is "Work Will Set You Free") in the middle of the night, he thought his summer was going to be a real bummer.

But that doesn't stop Ira, his pals Elias and Levi, pulling some pranks and getting into trouble. Things also get hot and heavy when Ira gets paired up with his summer crush, Naomi, for the summer formal.

The camp counselors make them work hard all day, but these campers play harder!

See October Rising, cumming to a theater near you!

Except he's not a celebrity, he's just more than your average creepy weirdo.
Most creepy weirdos have enough sense to keep their heads down after drawing heat on themselves. Russ not only makes a fool of himself in a public forum, he DEMANDS attention. He just wants to dictate what kind of attention he gets and he doesn't grasp he can't do that.

Russ, you seem to think we want you off social media. We don’t. Look at what happened to this thread during your long absence from Facebook.

Mock song lyrics. The “will Russ become violent” debate. It almost delved into civil war. We all legit missed you posting and celebrated your return. If you really wanna stick it to us, you’ll leave Facebook forever like you regularly declare you’re going to do before deleting the post an hour later.

We are your fans. The only ones you’ll ever have. Every single one of us honestly wants your movie, songs, and every other endeavor to be completed and released. No one else will ever care.

Russ has ghousands of devoted fans. It's just that they're all us, here on the Farms. That wish for fame was quite the Monkeyspaw now wasn't it Russ?
And if he loses us, there's still reddit. A much bigger site which is perfectly mainstream and finds it totally acceptable to mock his antics. In multiple subs.

To the point he's reached CWC-level notoriety so his name and photo can be posted completely uncensored. And reddit being reddit, they don't really have rules like we do, to keep them in their hugbox. Good luck suing reddit because they don't like nice guys.

Oh-way-oh!

Ok, legal Kiwis, correct me if I'm wrong: Isn't Russ appealing the dismissal of his case?
Yes
That is, if the appeals court rules in his favor, it just goes back to the lower court for an actual trial he could still lose?
If it goes back down to the lower court, Null better start sweating.
