I would be surpised if that swollen throat is not some form of cancer with how much shitty fast food that man digested in those years. He should better visit a doctor fast even if it costs hundreds of dollars lol. It's good to save money but whats the point of all that money when you shit the bed because you tried to hold on to it.

While he does sound like he might have lung cancer with all the honking and snorting he does, it could simply be a gout attack due to how quickly it popped up... that is if he isn't full of shit about having it. Otherwise it's probably a massive cavity or something.

Phil should not call people out for liking drama and negativity when he himself loves it. Hell, if that first post in the pic is anything to go by, then he seems to be enjoying the depression (ie - negativity) that Panda's going through. Who the hell laughs at someone who is suffering due to the death of a loved one? Why, the man-baby whose life was ruined becasue his parents never got him that little Wolverine toy in time, that's who. The only situations where Phil hates drama/negativity are if he doesn't get any money from it or when somebody tries to prove him wrong about some despicable thing that he has said/done.

I think it would severely damage his ego. The very thought that he, the "Realest Motherfucker of the Internet", can contract a fatal disease that can affect the commoners is probably far-fetched to him. If he ever became diagnosed with cancer, he'd more than likely make a video calling God a "mentally ill detractor" for "letting him" become afflicted with the disease.
