It's sad that many trans people will never live a normal life after all the damaged that they caused to their bodies, and it's even sadder the realization they go through once they realise they never wanted that. Children, specially. Many will never be able to have kids. Fuck it, many will never be able to have sex.
That's not Keffals' case, though. He's a petty man who wanted to do harm. He deserves all what is coming to him once he completely falls into irrelevance and realises that there is no one to "perform" his transness. Trans people are like that Simpson episode where the ads became alive. They died once people stopped giving them attention. Trans identity is 100% based on perception. If there is no one to affirm them, they don't exist. Once there is no one around for Keffals to pretend he's a woman, he will end it all.

I am just really, really surprised Lukeyboy has made it this long without posting on Twitter. That is the real addiction he has (let's be honest, just look at him, he'd die from being a fat unhealthy greasy fuck anyways, no matter if he sped it up with drugs or not). This is partly how finding Keffals (Now ex) gf's Twitter account was so easy.
A follow acknowledgement by this account is the most recent Like on Keffals profile, posted on Feb 19th. and is just slightly below these 2 blocks of follows:
It's been awhile and I lost track of exactly where the line between "old follows that are left at the top for some reason" and "newest follower" is however I believe that "Mad Molly" is the most recent account that was followed. I'm certain Tempest is an "old follow", so Keffals followed about 8 more people before disappearing on the 21st.
This list has remained unchanged throughout the past month, even on days where Keffals has +3 Following etc etc, so either Twitter decided to change how it's worked for the past 6 months+ or (more likely) the number changes are simply from people either being banned/unbanned/Deactivating/Reactivating their Twitter accounts.
