This is "Kaelie," @thekaelieshow on TikTok and it is hilarious. He uses a wheelchair but if I recall correctly, he refuses to say what his medical condition is. He is also unemployed and not looking for work. You might know him from that video where he rants about having been called out by a woman for using a women's bathroom.

I bring him up because he was recently hospitalized for an abscess. What happened was that he had what he thought was a boil on his "undercarriage" aka his perineum. He did nothing about it for three weeks and then finally saw a doctor about it when he no longer could sit without having extreme pain. The doctor immediately knew it was serious but Kaelie let more time pass before going into the hospital. He claims his white blood cell count was 20.5.

Anyway, he has Fournier Gangrene, which is a topic that has been discussed in this thread before. The infection was deep and widespread. I think it qualifies as necrotizing fasciitis, flesh-eating bacteria. The infection progressed a lot before any treatment was done. He presented with subcutaneous crepitation/emphysema, meaning he has gas gangrene/Clostridial myonecrosis, which is serious. He is diabetic so that put him at risk. He had two debridement surgeries and seems nonchalant to have so much tissue removed. My theory is that he let the condition worsen so that the doctors would have to remove some of his genitalia.

He insists his hygiene is fine but anyone can tell that he doesn't wash. Medfags may be interested in following his lunacy. It can be quite entertaining.

Oh lawd. Fournier's Gangrene. For those of us that know, he's on death watch. For those that don't know about the lovely condition, don't google it. I am warning you.

Its the beginning of the end for him. Funny thing is, it primarily affects middle aged, diabetic MEN. Harvey Weinstein had it in 1999 and had his testicles removed as a result of it. You can pretty much expect your life to never be the same again because of the destruction it causes. Dude is about as high risk as it can get. I just feel bad for the physical therapists and doctors who wanted to do good in society and instead get to spend their talents on this mentally ill landwhale.

I was watching a video by male detransitioner Richie/TulipR and that's basically what he said. He was asked why such a generally logical person could fall for the cult and he said he was just so fucked up in the head and and hated himself so much he made it make sense to himself.

So you have someone in that state of mind and then the doctors and the therapists come in and validate your weird broken logic and say "you're right! Cutting your dick off *will* make you feel better!".

I didn't always feel this way but now I really question the extent to which people with gender dysphoria can consent to these surgeries. It's so plain to me now, I don't know why it wasn't obvious to me before. Maybe it's my "personal freedom!" Americanness.

Anyone insane enough to look at this shit and decide they want it done themselves is too insane to consent, but sadly the monetary incentive outweighs "do no harm" for these sociopathic ideological driven fucks.

2 ½ weeks later (Open Wound)

First, these pictures have open wounds. These are related to the surgery on hidradenitis suppurativa that I had to do with my meta to prevent infection. While it's technically labia majora reduction, it shouldn't be considered an expected result of that.

I cannot get the swelling to go down on my peen at all. These pictures are in order oldest (about a week old) to newest (today). I had my stitches open up on Wednesday morning while using the bathroom.

I'll get my catheter out on Wednesday. So far most everything else is healing fairly well. I'll do my voiding trial in the morning. I've been doing my best to push the foreskin back but having a hard time with it because of the swelling.

For those who have had trouble with swelling when you had yours done, do you remember how long it took to go down? Any tips on pushing the foreskin back?

If you wanna know what kind of surgery they do to fix that condition she has if it gets really severe.

There was a post sometime ago that commented why so many TiFs slouch severely, especially post-surgery, and there was speculation that it's the fuckboy/cool guy pose, or subconscious self-loathing/regret.

PL, but the answer is much simpler. The whole point of the titty yeet is that they abhor their breasts, so much so that they do anything to hide it, which includes (1) binding or (2) slouching, or both. A good binder does produce a surprisingly good result that looks accurate to your body weight (or at the very least massively reduce, flatten and redistribute tissue to a significantly smaller size) but since you're mostly looking down at yourself, you still "see" your breasts and hence you slouch even further, until it becomes habitual. And since you can't fix a slouch overnight, this is why so many TiFs post super-slouched, especially post surgery. Boring answer I know, maybe the self-conscious loathing/regret theory may be true in some cases, but it's a lot simpler than what people think.

I don't know why TiFs don't supplement their hormones with bodybuilding. Taking T is literally doping, I internally rage at men in the gym every other day because their hormonal disposition makes it so damn easy for them to gain muscle, and I have to work my ass off for weeks to see any sort of result. Get some shoulder + back exercises to get or give the illusion of being broader. Chest exercises to build chest muscle and reduce the "boob" appearance, and as a bonus, it'll give the surgeon something better to work with (I will say, the surgeries on well-built TiFs have been the best ones I've seen so far). Some men have quads so fucking big it makes them look like they have hips, so working out legs might help in the pooner's favour in passing if they have an unfortunate childbearing frame. But they won't, and we all know why.

The most common technique uses the forearm to make the "flap", which is what is used to assemble the rotdog. The skin, fascia, and associated blood vessels are all dissected for use in the neophallus. The resulting defect is so large that it cannot be closed with sutures. A skin graft is usually harvested from the thigh to cover the exposed area of the arm. The graft isn't as thick as the flap, so the resulting scar is more superficial. Sometimes, the surgeon uses an artificial wound matrix, commonly Integra, to cover the flap harvest site and the actual skin graft is applied later. The flap itself isn't just skin, it's underlying tissue down to the tendons, so even after grafting, the normal contour of the arm is disrupted. This is why the TIFs who go through with phalloplasty often have a mangled forearm and a large scar on the thigh. The thigh graft is only required to cover the arm, not for building the neophallus, sort of a robbing Peter to pay Paul thing.

Here's more detail about the general radial forearm flap procedure. You'll notice that the diagrams show a much smaller area than is required for neophallus construction.

I believe the photo of the chopped up undercarriage is unrelated to phalloplasty and instead depicts surgical excision of extensive hidradenitis suppurativa, which is a chronic inflammatory skin condition causing deep boils and tunneling infection, particularly in skin folds. It's unbelievably painful. In stubborn cases, they have to cut out all the infection. I can't say that I've ever seen an excision quite as extensive as the one depicted. Can't imagine the recovery.

@Thomas Eugene Paris is right. It's a serious complication of the hidradenitis suppurativa she mentions she has.
Basically whats going on in the image I showed, she has a major debridement of tissue from her crotch due to the condition and had surgery to cover the area back up using skin flaps.
Surprisingly she did well and looks mostly okay after 6 months.

I think we're all too used to incompetent butcher surgeons and their unhygienic mentally ill tranny patients. This would have been done by excellent and well-meaning surgeons and the patient was likely a regular person who will actually listen and follow aftercare instructions.

Doesnt matter if one think Dissociative Identity disorder (having multiple personalities) is real, people who are diagnosed with it or fits the description are found out to have almost 100% co-morbidity with BPD. But most BPD doesn’t do what they do.

I’m still kinda on the fence about it, but kinda leaning on the side of it being real. It seems like those with DID have more traumatic childhood experiences than those with only BPD. Especially significantly more childhood sexual abuse. Maybe it’s a real, maybe those with more severe BPD and worse trauma need more validation and attention so they make it up. Either way, they are very deeply unwell individuals, who has all the reasons to want their genitalia mutilated

one theory, supposing that DID is real, propose that it’s way down on the dissociation spectrum than BPD. One of the diagnostic criteria for BPD is having dissociative symptoms, and they see BPD as the person being somewhat dissociated from their Self. In this model DID is placed further down, so it has most of the bad things of BPD, with worse symptoms such as being completely dissociated with the self and think their inner processes belong to completely different personalities. I think this explanation makes a lot of sense, but I still can’t shake the feeling that they be making shit up lol

In addition to faer activism, Oswin is most proud of faer children, who range from elementary aged to young adult and who are all neurodivergent. Oswin has applied (and applies) faer work into advocacy for and alongside faer kids, which improved their academic support and transition out of school services.

How Things Began – Oswin Latimer Consulting

In the summer of 2007, shortly after the diagnosis of my oldest son, my family had a Department of Children and Families (DCF) referral made for possible neglect of our two children. While DCF was unable to substantiate any claims of abuse or neglect, we were given a treatment plan as they felt my mental health negatively impacted the children and had caused their developmental delays, according to the now sealed court records.


In the year that followed, despite attempting to follow their steps, we were still taken to family court. The ultimate goal is still not fully known. It was through this court case that I was given my official autism diagnosis. DCF took this diagnosis as a show that our family would need ongoing support for the rest of our lives, including Applied Behavior Analysis for the children and social skills training for myself. The treatment we were given was extremely traumatic.

It was from this start that I began pouring over research, case studies, and such trying to prove that Autistic parents could indeed parent. Over the years, it became clear to me that Autistic parents are sometimes better at supporting their autistic children than neurotypical parents. With a keen sense of what our children are feeling and experiencing, a subset of our population have learned to teach our children how to navigate a world that’s not made for us.

Recognizing that our rights to exist as we are and to gain the support we need, and not just be trained on what providers think we should be able to do, lead me into Autistic activism. After becoming pregnant with my daughter, I began looking at how to change the practices to better support us in our homes, schools and communities. I took what we knew to be true in the Autistic community, found research that supported our anecdotes, and started finding outlets to explain it all to providers and parents alike. I am ever thankful that I have been able to share what I have learned over the years to help prevent the atrocities that happened to my family.

I predict we can expect more of this as troons age. Butchers might be operating on 'healthy' people now, but 40 years down the line, an open wound is certainly not gonna fair well against obesity and lack of hygiene. The vagina is self-cleaning, man-made axewounds are not. Perfect breeding ground for bacteria, a nice dark, damp, warm place, to multiply into horrors and kill its host. Fourniers affects men at a 90-95% rate with women being rarer cases. I want it known that I predicted this before MSM finds out 10 years down the road and declares 'gender affirming' surgery a mistake.

Her autism diagnosis came from a professional provided by the state but given the quality of such professionals these days, it isn't a lot better than self-diagnosis. She has the whole multi-generational cluster b set of traits. It can make people look a little autistic- if you're raised by a couple of wolves your social skills will be on par with those of wolf children- but it's different.
