Can they take it to court? Because this smells like unconstitutional
No, it's not. BUT, what you can do is look into your 401k portfolio and ask for an individual stock breakdown. If your 401k provider (fidelity or whoever) doesn't want to OR invests in ESG shit, transfer your 401k to another broker, and do it regularly. IF enough people do it, they will get the picture as their investing funds start to decline.

ORLANDO, Florida — Legendary professional boxer Mike Tyson told Breitbart News that he does not think former President Donald Trump should go to jail.

Tyson, who is attending a different event than the House GOP retreat here in Orlando, Florida, at the same hotel complex, ended up running into House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). Some time later, Breitbart News caught up with Tyson in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton.

“Kevin McCarthy, I was happy to see him,” Tyson said.

Tyson also told Breitbart News that he does not think Trump should go to jail.

“I think politics is what politics are,” Tyson said when asked what he thought of the efforts to come after Trump from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “They have agendas and that’s — it doesn’t have to be a bad agenda but it’s an agenda. I don’t know — I don’t think he should go to jail. I don’t know, I’m not a politician. I don’t want anyone to go to jail.”

Tyson and Trump have long been friends, and the former Heavyweight Champion of the World endorsed the then-future president way back in the early days of the 2016 GOP primary back in the fall of 2015.

Tyson also said that while he does not usually like to weigh in on politics he has known Trump for decades and has a different perspective about him than many who do not know him personally.

“I don’t know, I like to keep my opinions to myself because people get upset but I like him personally,” Tyson said. “I’ve known Trump for over 30 years. I don’t have the same perspective as everyone else. I have a human perspective.”

Tyson has spoken out in recent years saying he is a conservative and has become more conservative as he has gotten older. Last year, for instance, he told NewsMax’s Greta Van Susteren that being conservative is “common sense.” Tyson also mentioned to Breitbart News here that he recently appeared on InfoWars founder Alex Jones’s show.

When asked by Breitbart News in the brief interview here what needs to happen to get the country back on track, Tyson said, “We need to love each other.”

So DeSantis comments on the issue of Trump's possible arrest. He starts off pretty good, but holy fuck did he fall off and fuck up the landing on the end.

“So, I’ve seen rumors, I have not seen any facts yet, so I don’t know what’s going to happen.

But I do know this, the Manhattan district attorney is a Soros-funded prosecutor. So he, like other Soros-funded prosecutors, they weaponize their office to impose a political agenda on society at the expense of the rule of law and public safety.

He has downgraded over 50 percent of the felonies to misdemeanors. He says he doesn’t even want to have jail time for the vast, vast majority of crimes. And what we’ve seen in Manhattan is we’ve seen the crime rate go up and we’ve seen citizens become less safe.

So, you’re talking about this situation with, and look, I don’t know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to secure silence over some type of alleged affair. I just, I can’t speak to that.

What I can speak to is that if you have a prosecutor who is ignoring crimes happening every single day in his jurisdiction and he chooses to go back many, many years ago and he tries to use something about porn star hush money payments, yknow, that’s an example of pursuing a political agenda and weaponizing the office and I think that’s fundamentally wrong,

I also think it’s important to point out when you talk about these Soros-funded prosecutors; yes they may do a high-profile, politicized prosecution, and that’s bad, but the real victims are ordinary New Yorkers, ordinary Americans in all these different jurisdictions, that they get victimized every day because of the reckless political agenda that these Soros D.A.’s bring to their job. They ignore crime and they empower criminals and that hurts people, hurts a lot of people every single day.

These Soros district attorneys are a menace to society and I’m just glad I’m the only governor in the country that’s actually removed one during my tenure.

We are not involved in this, we won’t be involved in this. I have no interest in getting involved in some type of manufactured circus by some Soros DA. Okay. He’s trying to do a political spectacle. He’s trying to virtue signal for his base. I’ve got real issues that I got to deal with here in the state of Florida. We’re obviously shutting down CBDC, which is important, we’ve got so many important things in front of the legislature. I’ve got to spend my time on issues that actually matter to people. I can’t spend my time worrying about things of that nature.

So we’re not going to be involved with it in any way. I’m fighting for Floridians and I’m fighting back against Biden, and that’s what I do every single day.”

Listen meatball, you goomba, the issue of this "being a circus" doesn't matter if it results in a FORMER PRESIDENT AND DE-FACTO LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION BEING ARRESTED! The fact this fat faggot D.A. is a Soros bumboy and doing this to try and finally own Orange Man doesn't detract from the fact he is literally threatening arrest on trumped up charges as a political tool. If no attempt to arrest is made you can claim it is a circus, but if it actually gets signed and cops are sent to arrest Trump that stops being a circus and becomes extremely fucking real you greasy motherfucker.

If they can just get Trump on this complete nothingburger it means ANYONE who has even a slight chance to upset the status quo is fair game. AND THAT INCLUDES YOU CAZZO!

guys Patriot Front is gonna send in a death squad einsatzgruppen to gun down the black police officer with fully semi automatic assault rifle 15 ghost guns but thankfully the threat was known to the FBI and they were all arrested as soon as it happens

Ok jokes aside kind of insane if they actually try and take him in. I can't really see Trump staying in the slammer for more than a few hours, they are gonna let him go on bail pretty much immediately. I refuse to consider the possibility they would deny bail, it would be too much of a jump over the shark.

The insane cope by "conservatives" thinking that progressives will for some reason treat them fairly if they just act with civility will never not infuriate the fuck out of me. Trump is absolutely right. Anyone with a brain knows that.
Which is why I think it's both amusing and irritating when libs whinge about how much conservatives "resent" them.

Bitch, I've seen how you treat "compassionate conservatives".

Or any ally for that matter
These sort of things are what made me start considering "taking the high ground" is absolutely fucking pointless and you should only strive to destroy them before they destroy you.

"Taking the high road" is good but it depends on the situation. It is stupid to insist on it when it is obviously not working.

Kinzinger is such a massive retard he also fell for a meme of a dude fed posting with a literal picture of a FBI agent stock image and used it to lambast MAGA as violent. Dude is a RINO through and through. "Muh bankerinos noooo you can't attack muh sacred GDP!"

Taking the high road only makes sense with true peers, basically the sort of people that wouldn't emotionally blackmail you for not allowing them to get away with everything. Turns out that shit is so eroded that "peers" are dwindling hard in numbers. You cannot take the high road with people that want you dead, your children raped and they think it's funny, yet here we are in a deranged world that considers it to be expected.

Reminds me of GooberGape. That movement was doing just fine on their own until The Skeptics™️ came in and were all like "no you guys, we have to be better than them and set an example"
