As your resident Los Angeles fag who has the same exact kind of brain rot as them I think I can explain the current Hila arc.

First of all, Hila isn't ugly imo. Shes just awkward. She's never actually tried to put effort into her appearance before now. Before like, 3 months ago she never wore makeup (which kinda makes me think she reads this thread) and she does now, but you can tell she's still just barely figuring out how to do it decently so she looks ridiculous. Most people go through that phase in middle and high school where looking ridiculous in your badly applied makeup doesn't matter as much, but she's going on camera in her clown face. Hila, you're rich. Just hire a makeup artist for your show appearances and learn some things from her.

The other thing is her fashion. The ~weird quirky girl~ thing is a style here, but for some reason her version of it isn't landing. Weirdly I think her style was more successful a few years ago when she just straight up dressed like a boy. She seemed way more confident then, you can kinda tell she feels uncomfortable in her skin with the IG baddie thing she's trying to do right now.

The reason her style and makeup change is sticking out like a sore thumb is because she's a 36 year old adult who's exploring her fashion sense the same way a teenager would, but publicly because she's an internet celebrity. Most people get to figure that out when they're kids without a ton of eyeballs on them.

I don't really know what inspired this change except for maybe criticism from threads like these, except her style before she started taking this criticism to heart was much better. The baggy jeans, baggy t-shirt and bucket hat thing she used to do felt way more authentically her. Please stop listening to us, Hila. Lmfao.

To be fair by Jewish standards she’s not that ugly. I’ve seen way more unattractive women online like that orthodox influencer on tiktok, Miriam.

Is it normal for the female in a relationship to have a mid life crisis? I thought that was more of a male thing? Either way i sense that Hila is going to start wanting to get fucked by a high test male and we are going to witness a Ethan cuck arc incoming.

She really isn't imo, men just don't understand the amount of work women put into their appearance usually. She's just never actually tried. This girl was ON CAMERA totally bare faced until a few months ago. That's practically unheard of, here. If she had figured the makeup and self grooming thing out ~10 years ago, we wouldn't be calling her ugly now. She just literally has no idea how to do all of those things, and unfortunately for her, it really shows.

It's becoming more visible thanks to social media and ass-patty "don't accept anything less than the best, chase your truth!" affirmations among women, but it's fairly common, even back in the 30s with shit like Dodsworth. It's just less noticeable because in women, it typically trends less toward sports cars, hair transplants, or climbing a mountain than it does going back to school, getting a job (if a SAHM), or starting up some shitty Etsy business. Dressing aggressively chic and getting a younger fucktoy is where the Venn diagram overlaps for both genders, and considering Ethan can't have sex...

Outside of the pink shirt and the atrocious macramé braids, it's an outfit you can find on countless women under 40 in hip cities, so I'm not especially offended by it. Her Teddy Fresh modeling was always girl-next-door, in lockstep with the du jour coastal fashion of unisex 90s nostalgia at best and ugly Lolita vibes at worst, so I'm guessing she's trying to find or reclaim a sense of sex appeal. She never had it, but the Los Angeles pressure to be mother/a baddie is contagious.

Just a photoshop editor they hired for her fugly clothes brand. All of the H3 members they have used on their site for marketing that garbage looks way better than they do on Ethan's stream.
