Rate me late, as others have already touched on the hydradenitis suppurativia… but it’s actually not an uncommon condition, and can be autoimmune. Anyone can get it, but in my experience it seems to afflict diabetics more frequently, and women - particularly women who are overweight or obese.

Areas of the skin, including the underarms, sides of the breasts, groin, labia, perineum and thighs can be involved. It’s very much like cystic acne, and can be absolutely brutal and painful. The drainage positively stinks. And even if the eruptions look small on the outside, they can be very deep, and can tunnel together under the skin. Like underground rivers connecting different lakes.

It can be treated by injecting steroids to bring down inflammation. Surgically, they can try to remove the affected areas and the tunnels. But it will just return. It really is horrible. And having surgical wounds in that area - like this pooner - is just begging for trouble.

So far last I checked, Kaelie is alive and drugged up. (And mentioned that he’s able to order DoorDash to his room if anyone would like to send him something.) important note: he hasn’t had any surgery. He’s also not on hormones. He’s a true and honest woman based solely on him claiming to be - no transitioning needed.

Weinstein didn’t lose his nuts to Fournier’s Gangrene. IIRC, the surgeon managed to save his testicles by implanting then in his thigh. This was noted in detail in the testimony of one of his accusers. If he had lost his balls, he’d be effectively neutered and may not have managed to rape so many women.

This dude is so mad at the doctors for not being able to do the impossible as if it's some kind of troon thing when doctors don't really provide this kind of shit with anything. There's no system in place for anything but "no solutions, no support, abandonment" because the whole concept is that doctors are supposed to fix the patient and hopefully never see them again rather than become best buds and fix everything the patient ever wants again no matter how impossible and outside the skills of the doctor.

Like they have no idea of surgery in general yet they're desiring their complete essence reworked by a demigod or something. You don't get any of this in normal surgery because if you have real complications you go to the hospital so they can fix you immediately. Most outpatient shit you get what, maybe one quick follow up where they confirm things are going as they're supposed to? If they did their job you have no reason to see them again, they aren't even a GP, they're a mercenary. Maybe if you have chronic issues or something more specialized you might get to know a surgeon like if he did a good job on your knee and you need the other one done or something, but this is massively rare.

These troons talk about doctors and the medical system in general like people in their 70s who just want to get out and talk to people about their minor issues once a week. Except unlike there they don't seem to be interested in anyone else agreeing to this arrangement. (Troons don't seem to be benefiting from the mental health gains this process provides for the otherwise not-so-social elderly though.)

Have anyone have thighs that have no thigh gap while standing?

I am 4 years post op first stage Phalloplasty and I'm a year post op testicular implants and when I stand up and lift my dick up my thighs crush my balls so much that it looks like I have no balls and it feels tight whenever I sit down and stand up has anyone else have this problem? I haven't been able to see anyone else that does :/ also in June I'm getting repair of fistula, mons reduction/phallus lift and testicular implant repositioning has lifting it up affect passing?

It's something I'm nervous about it but I want to make sure it's not tight while passing at the same time also should I of had a thighplasty before Phalloplasty my dysphoria was so bad that just having no pants in private was so difficult to handle so I couldn't wait even longer for Phalloplasty

It’s been said a thousand times here but the sheer crapness of the medical care would not be tolerated by anyone else. Any competent caring surgeon would point out that wide hips, chubby thighs plus a fake ballsack might not work together, let alone a neophallus which won’t work at all. But when it comes to catering to this type of patient, who gives a shit they’re too fucked up to look after their own best interests if the check clears?

you’re fine no worries! i haven’t measured at all or gotten the chance but i’ve used my hands and phone to estimate and would say it’s 6 inches or a bit over (somewhere around that though) but i’m very happy with my dick! it’s so cool to feel how warm it gets and i’m already associating it with my body which is great. physically i feel like hell though. my donor leg still is in nonstop pain and it gets exhausting. walking is still hell too since my donor leg is still too heavy and won’t walk the way i want to. the split thickness graft leg is getting so much better though. each get easier everyday but i cannot wait until i can walk for however much i want and not be exhausted or worried about how bad it hurts! i was not at all prepared for how excruciating walking would be. it’s gotten a lot better since i was discharged so now i’m hopeful but it definitely is still rough but i’m getting through it! i know it’ll all be worth it

She must be absolutely tiny if she roughly measures this at 6 inches. It looks huge compared to her hand.
