I think the diary is particularly heinous for the court because it carries an intent to get “revenge” and to “humiliate” Faith by the horses' own admissions (big lol if this is later used in court against them). Most of the other stuff could be argued against with "oops I'm a klutz, sorry but there was no real damage here I'm just being retarded" (Of course when you pile them all together you give less and less credence to that idea) However the diary carries more planning and intent. Yeah, among the extremes, this is the middle ground which probably covers the most likely thing to happen. The part where vickers is ordered to shut up is very likely. However there is a non zero chance where the court finds Ralph to be a grown up that should stop violating court orders about Faith (which for the most part has kept his mouth shut about Ralph) when her Father talks shit about him online.

Even if you could argue Faith uses her father as a party to provoke EOR (very unlikely) it would be even harder for Ralph to back that as an argument if he is representing himself. lmfao.

Maybe I’ve missed some of it but Jersh has never seemed to have a problem with Faith being sexually active, but instead with her general low IQ behavior and the proto-BPD behaviors she exhibited, specifically her lying/changing stories.

Now, how much of that dysfunction is a product of the grooming (perhaps by multiple people) and abusive relationships she experienced and so is out of her control is up for debate. She's a mentally ill teenage girl and also the oldest sibling in a family with many kids so she probably hasn't been given much attention by her parents and was always forced to babysit the younger kids that the parents doted on. Also her father is Mister Vickers, who is just another Ralph.

Personally I feel bad for Faith and I don't agree with people like Null who are way too hard on her. She was punished enough by being gunted on tape and now she has to live with the consequences, a child that looks just like Ralph, staring her in the face every day. She also never once threatened to sue the forum for hosting her revenge porn, which I think should be deleted at some point to at least give her a little bit of a chance to turn her life around. Faith was a mentally ill teenager fresh out of highschool. The way she behaved was absolutely terrible, and completely irresponsible. You don't have to like someone like that to feel sorry for her, nor does someone need to be a saint to deserve sympathy.

The adult in the situation was Ralph, no right minded man in his mid-thirties would invite an 18 year old fresh out of highschool thousands of miles away to live with him, because she claimed she was being abused to a stranger on the internet. He can pretend he was being naive, believing what she said, but he ought to have known better so ultimately whether he believed her or not is neither here nor there. His behaviour was just utterly detestable, and the shit he gives people for talking about his kids, or May, or whoever is always dwarfed by what he did to the Vickers family.

I think it's a mistake to completely remove agency from late adolescent girls. Most 16-19 year olds would look at the gunt with complete disgust, imagine traveling across the country to find out he's revolting. She pooped out a gunt spawn and psychologically damaged her parents beyond repair. I would have some sympathy if Ralph had attractive or redeeming aspects but imagine at any age betraying your whole family for the rage pig. She brought all this upon herself and her kin.

It was just a convenient lie for both of them to give cover to behavior both knew was absolutely wrong and retarded.

Faith was desperate for some reason to go see her online boyfriend, so she decided to lie about being abused and stalked and needed her big, strong internet boyfriend to rescue her. Ralph wanted to have sex with Faith, he didn’t give a fuck about the dumb drama she was spinning. However he did need a good cover story for why he was flying a teenager across the country to live in his bedroom at his mom’s house and have sex with her.

They went with a dumb knight in shiny armor narrative to rationalize this shit to the public and it resulted in exactly what everyone predicted.

However, Faith was just a dumb teenage girl with a crush and Ralph was a predatory adult man acting despicably. He is a groomer and abuser.

After careful consideration, I think it's time for a new legal strategy. This pro se business isn't going to cut it. Vickers is too well funded and autistic to end his campaign of terror on the Ralphamale. So here's my proposal.....

Ralph should assume the new identity of Juan Porco and head for the sacred land of Ecuador, never to be seen again. Rozy can be adopted by Consuela and the horse can be shipped off to the nearest glue factory.

Seems like a winning strategy, covers all the bases and ties up any loose ends.
