I will say that this does not sound like gender dysphoria. A lot of the things you mention are quite common for adolescents. Your body image issues do sound a bit extreme and are clearly negatively impacting your daily life (not participating fully on vacation, for example). For this reason, therapy would almost certainly be valuable for you.
A lot of people, especially young people, want to change their name. Fortunately, you can. You can change your name to pretty much anything you want, and your friends and family should respect that.

Thanks, I think I will change my name in the future. About your advice on therapy, I actually am in it right now

I’ve also been hospitalized, tried three medications, every coping skill, etc. and I genuinely don’t think I can love myself until something changes.
Take my hair for example. I have a really big forehead. It’s probably the worst thing to have because literally nothing can make them look good. I’ve tried bangs, but my hair is so fine and only stays in a middle part. I’ve tried boy-short hair, long hair, medium hair; it all looks bad. My only other option is to shave my head, which would also look bad (just shows off my forehead and wouldn’t be flattering).
For my entire life, I will never like my hair. I hate dealing with it, I hate the way it looks, and I will never like it. The only solution is to stop caring, which also means accepting I will always be ugly. So…it’s kind of a dead end
