That was Jacquie Beckwith aka Adjustable Jacquie, and the friend was Janiece aka Jan-Jan.
Jan made the funeral all about herself, asked for applause several times. She even called Jacquie' husband a crybaby, for crying at his wife's funeral.

I personally think @UncommonParlence is right.
I'm telling you, if Kiwi Farms were truly the evil Illuminati supersleuths some people think they are, Chelsea is probably just a regular woman with a really unhealthy hobby. I think the people in her life would be totally shocked by the munchie chapter.

It could absolutely all be Chelsea, it could also be that Chelsea embellishes how much support she gets, but obviously SOMEONE is enabling her and fully supporting her. I think it's safe to assume this person is her mother, and they are almost certainly codependent. Addiction (which I personally believe is Chelsea's #1 motivation, malingering seems to be a close second) creates extremely toxic, abusive, codependent, delusional relationships between people very often. It doesn't matter if it's romantic, familial, or just a friendship. Her mother has been manipulated, probably guilted, into believing everything Chelsea says and the nature of Chelsea's addiction has fooled her mother into supporting her fully. I definitely encourage people who don't know to read up on codependency in addiction, because it's a very powerful thing.
These things go one of two ways no matter what; Either Chelsea will push too hard on something or her mother will experience something that snaps her out of it and she will completely cut Chelsea off and kick her out, OR they will stay stuck in this cycle and her mom will always support her and enable her, either passively or directly, until one of them dies. Almost everyone hopes for the former, but the latter is way more common and much worse.
