He's been fat since the dawn of time, and is known for being anal about pronouns iirc so his voice being nails on a chalkboard tracks.

It's delicious how this latest move blew up so hard in their faces. On paper I can see how they might've expected most people on twitter to side with them at least, after all Sam is a "NAZI!!!!!" but they failed to account for several factors:

  • Froggy/Tyler is beloved by many for his persona and his legitimate musical talent. Apparently even Ethan Klein has mentioned him in a positive light, something that will no doubt change after this debacle.
  • Sam's online presence has successfully recovered since the time Ian went out to shoot the documentary, and I'd argue his fanbase is more dedicated than the one Ian currently has.
  • Anisa is just incredibly fucking unlikable and her mother might be even worse, no one wants to root for annoying bitches.

I wonder if they'll respond to this.

A lot of people in the call seem to be under the impression that they might put him back on the card since it was a mistake to take him off to begin with. I have a feeling that's just optimism. I cannot imagine Anisa changing her mind on this, especially after all the backlash.

The reasonable choice is to reinstate him but if Anisa were reasonable then she wouldn't have this thread.

the backlash probably makes it less likely. if froggy had meekly apologized, that probably wouldve been his best chance.

I took this as them trying to give Anisa an olive branch, a way to allow Froggy back without Anisa getting too much backlash and looking like too much of a sensitive clitoris. They are probably aware that if too much backlash happens then Anisa will double down and be even less likely to bring him back. I'm sure they also don't want the entire Creator Clash event to implode, seeing as there are other people involved (Like Harley).
