He also got attacked by SBF for being a "chinese asset" and SBF was shitting on him talking about how much better his crypto company was to Binance. Seems to me that they hate him because he isn't part of their Cabal.

So if Ford was a glowspook himself, then why did he pardon Nixon if the CIA wanted his head so badly? I understand that didn't make Ford popular, and may have played a part as to why he didn't win the '76 election, was it just because the damage was already done so they just let the pardon be?

Apearances sake + possible M.A.D. by Nixon going scorched earth. And of course a lot of other people playing who might want to set a precedent to allow themselves to get away with crimes in D.C.

Nixon resigned, because he knew it was already over. Ford likely pardoned Nixon, because the objective was completed, Nixon was gone. There was no need to aggravate things any further. Not pardoning Nixon would likely create more headaches for the CIA.

Nixon won his re-election by the largest margin in American History, still unbroken to this day. The idea that Nixon was universally hated by the American people at the time is just a product of decades of media gaslighting.
