I do a lot of things. But my favourite is drawing, specially when I enter a trance and just draw for hours.
Other than that, I play Vidya and read. Sometimes if I have the time I take a long hot bath.
If I am very stressed during the day and notice that I am clenching my teeth (Which tends to happen often). I just buy some mint chewing gum and chew on that. It calms the nerves and helps to keep my teeth intact.
