prayer time is generally a window of a couple of hours. i just googled for confirmation and hilariously they are called Salah times. you can download apps that let you know specifically for your location (cos it depends on things that vary place to place) and point you to mecca. so you don't have to drop everything right away, you can wait until its convenient. if you're out and about and there's no mosque nearby, you can see people praying literally anywhere.

Can anecdotally confirm. I work in a touristy spot, and Muslims from all places will generally find a quiet corner where they won't fuck with anyone/be fucked with, check a compass, pray, then fuck right off about their day.

women in women's only pools (or allocated pool times) will wear tiny string bikinis if that's what suits them.

also, not that chantal will do it. but some women's gyms offer ramadan friendly group workouts, not too strenuous and close to iftar.
