There are many, many people who agree with you. It's easy to feel alone when you have to watch some bepenised beheem steal a powerlifting title from a hard-working woman, or when you have to hear about Chase Strangio twirling her mustache as she forces women to share prison cells with violent male sex offenders in states where abortion is illegal, but you're not alone. It's easy to get depressed when you hear about 9-year-olds getting murdered at school, but depression is temporary. I think that there are many people who are working to change our environments, and make it so we can speak our minds honestly.

Our current trans shitstorm reminds me of the concept of "preference falsification" in Communist Eastern Europe. For decades, Communist governments drew public support from millions of dissatisfied citizens who secretly hated them. It's true that authorities punished dissenters (anyone fired for gender critical views or tossed into gulag can go here), but this is only part of the story. Citizens seeking to prove their loyalty participated in the vilification of nonconformists, even of dissidents whose political positions they privately admired (randos suddenly giving a shit about J.K. Rowling while having no idea what she actually said go here). This mass insincerity made it highly imprudent to oppose communism publicly (notice how trans bullshit worms it's way into completely unrelated settings?). As such, it contributed to the survival of generally despised communist regimes. Vocal dissenters existed (shout-outs to Vaclav Havel and Julie Bindel). But dissenters were far outnumbered by unhappy citizens who opted to appear supportive of regime. By and large, dissidents were people with an enormous capacity for enduring social stigma (J.K. Rowling's giant money pile goes here). It's ok if you can't speak your mind right now. No one should lose jobs or friendships over this crap. But if you moved the needle in your environment just a little, you might open up an opportunity for other people to speak their minds. Some tiny needle-movers I've been trying: calling people "sir" and "ma'am". Yes, I've seen the GameStop video. Yes, I can see why that deranged ape in a pink hoodie is intimidating. I'm still ending every interaction with my transwoman barista with a cheerful "thank you sir". Other people will hear the "sir", other people will see that there's nothing wrong with calling a man a man, other people will see that nothing bad happens to me or the transwoman when I do this. I don't use pronouns for trans people of either sex. It's actually pretty easy to do this. No calling males "she" for me. I ignore comments about "cis" this and "trans" that. They're not getting ego-kibbles from me. Insincerity is contagious, but so is dissent.
