The narrators name is also Jim and i can see how with some voice changing/audio editing how both voices can match.

Now I know Jim has no background in criminology, but whos to say we really even know what he has a background in. supposedly he wanted to be a teacher? idk.
It could also be that the narrator is just Midwestern. I've noticed this in midwestern youtubers that they are just dry and honest with their humor, i mean channels like RLM, Metokur, Blame/GameSocietyPimps (if anyone even remembers those fucks anymore) etc. instead of over the top phony fake fucks from the either coast.

Either way, thats my schizo theory. would be cool, if somehow true, if not - I suggest you watch the channel at the very least, its fun and you get to make fun of criminal retards instead of internet retards.

Jim promoted that channel several times on his steams. When JCS went dark for like 2+ years, Jim also expressed regret that there is no new content.
