She needs over 7000$ for a home office? If you have problems that bad and no money, you make do with the stuff you've got and try to save as much as you can.
She could use cardboard boxes or IKEA furniture to cobble together an ergonomic workstation like several people I know have done, and most budget PCs these days have the processing power, RAM, and storage space necessary to run a few virtual machines. Is it optimal? No, but it's better than nothing.
Long story short, the money saved on her office space could go towards paying down her debts and she'd actually be able to start her studies, because that campaign isn't going anywhere.

Although my previous post about her was poking fun at her appearance in nudes, she has way, way worse problems than merely being kinda pudgy and average-looking.
This insight into her character illustrates why she will never be happy or content in life. She can't even enjoy a conversation about creature comforts and cuddling without having to splice it with social justice anger. If she can't cuddle without expressing rage, I can't imagine how absolutely draining it would be to watch a movie with her. Eating a chalupa around her would become a belligerent sermon about appropriation. Her friends, even if they agree with her, must be a very patient breed.

The childishness get me too. All the talk about pillow forts and the like - it shows an extreme resistance to growing up and moving past all that. Granted, we all have our childish moments of nostalgia, but given what I've already seen, it's clear that it's more than nostalgia for her. It's a willing denial of the reality that she's an adult.

I think, whatever was going on the flag burning was more of the last straw. Had she not been acting like as much of an entitled shit and burned the flag, I'm sure he'd be furious with her, but I don't think he'd kick her out. Whatever was going on, it was a long time coming and he just got fed up.
None of these idiots even go so far as to listen to Rage Against the Machine, let alone any harder politically-charged music. It's popular tweedy folk rock or Beyonce.

EDIT: Has anybody ever told Leah that Army recruiters (at least since the Bush presidency) tend to target the poor, who will sign up for the military due to a lack of other options to make their lives better? Those veterans are more often than not working-class men and women who could suffer from PTSD. She should check her privilege.

Hell, I was totally that kind of teenager who listened to Rage Against the Machine (and then later punk rock) and drew anarchy symbols and talked about flag burning, but Bush was in office. Also my dad was never in the military and instead was a stoner musician so I never had any reason to be like "FUCK YOU, DAD!" about the military since that's totally what this boils down to. She hates the military 'cause her dad was proud to be in it.

Well, to be fair, I'd love to see Trump win. I'm not even American , disagree with some of his ideas, and I doubt he could achieve much, but just imagine the glorious international meltdown.
Entire nations triggered, leftists and cuckservatives everywhere on suicide watch, the media announcing the end of the world while plastering Trump's smug face everywhere. Imagine the reactions of some of the cows. Milk and salt would flow for years.
