I would say no this time. Seems like they're really trying to ruffle some feathers. It's not a stretch to say this won't go anywhere, but I wouldn't be surprised if they try some theatrics. There are a lot of things they want the populace to be distracted from right now. Like the tranny shooting or RESTRICT act.

You don’t distract from thay by jailing a former head of state, especially when the Dems have all come out in agreement with the shooting.
All this does is confirm they will use any means to get rid of peoplr they don’t like, including killing.
And if they can jail a presidant…the troon shooting snd acts don’t matter…even if you were focused on it you wouldn’t be able to stop them.

I doubt Trump will see a single day in jail. But if he does, maybe we are really in uncharted territory then.
This just gives the usual suspects something to run with through the '24 election. It gets to stay in the news from now until Election Day as a focal point for making sure that no one ever talks or even thinks about anything other than Orange Man. I don't think the left ACTUALLY wants Trump in jail, they want to repeat 2020 over again.

This is the only reason I would want Trump to win in 2024. Seeing this back fire so hard on the left and the shock of everyone else would be hilarious as they seethe about having trump as president again for the next 4 years. For a day. Then it will probably be pretty awful because the riots would probably be civil war level of serious.

RINOs like him all want Trump to quietly retire and fade into obscurity but they know both their voter base and the MAGA faction within the GOP will loathe them more than ever.
Can they actually even extradite Trump if he just sits in Florida? Are they gonna sit around LaGuardia or something all day in hopes he has a business meeting?

Sooooo regardless if Trump gets behind bars or not, is this is the "crossing the rubicon" moment for other former presidents to get charged or what? Not saying they'd go as far as Trump's but there's no way in hell there's nobody in the "justice" system not grinding an axe for Bush at least.
