As background information, IA (which runs the Wayback Machine) also ran a digital library service. During Covid, they greatly expanded their library services since people were stuck at home & physical libraries were often closed. Big publishers sued them for this and recently won the lawsuit, although I don't think the damages IA will have to pay have been determined yet. In the worst case scenario, IA could go bankrupt and have to totally shut down. Many people on social media (particularly leftwing anti-capitalists) are furious about this. They're also mad at a soyboy author named Chuck Wendig - he loudly proclaimed that IA's digital library was PIRACY a few years ago, and this quite possibly got the ball rolling on the big publishers starting their lawsuit.
Becky, as an "expert" archivist & wannabe librarian, naturally felt the need to insert herself into this drama. tl;dr Becky thinks Chuck Wendig did nothing wrong, IA deserved to lose the lawsuit, the big publishers are still bad though, creators deserve to get paid, but piracy is acceptable under some circumstances. She's kinda all over the place, and her fellow leftists did not take kindly to her "expert" opinions.

It doesn't matter if regular people have zero access to the media, and in fact, they're entitled losers for thinking accessibility is a critical component of archiving!
This is unironically what she argued when her employer (Respawn) shut down Titanfall and the mobile version of Apex Legends - because the source code still (maybe) exists somewhere in the Respawn offices and there are old youtube videos of people playing the games, fans shouldn't get mad that the online-only games were shut down.
