I havent watched many Pikamee streams, and sadly I cant watch this last one rn, I truly wish the best for her in whatever she desides to do with her life.

I'm crying, and it's silly because I only watched her clips but as a vtuber myself and someone who wants to be a cute girl doing heinous things, it's crazy how many of my favorites were inspired by Pikamee, and how I was inspired in turn.

If she's hanging up her hat for good or if she's going to pop up elsewhere, I hope she lives well! I'll try to take the streaming game less seriously in her honor.

As much as I don't like to say it, I feel like it'll be for good. Remember, she used Vtubing as an outlet for everything else kicking her down at home. If her own people bullied her, weren't kind to her, didn't accept her, maybe the foreigners would be better!
They then proceeded to bully her, multiple times (everyone knows about the straw that broke the camel's back, but that ComicLO debacle was pretty noticeable too). As much as I love the tea kettle, I wouldn't blame her if it was all just too tainted to even try again. If she did, she's never touching foreign language stuff again, and it'll be for the best. Most graduating vtubers have a last hurrah with their friends via collabs. Ina is busy doing her own thing to care. She's pretty clear she's done with Vtubing.

She just said that her goal for this year was reaching a million subs, and apologized for leaving before that.
Kinda goes against the theories people were having about her having decided to leave before the HL fiasco.

This was always cope by the trans community thinking they had nothing to do with it. Graduating from corps tend to be a long process but it's guaranteed that HL shit accelerated it, since she was feeling burnt out and only just got back really into it then the HL shit happened.

I think it's ok to be optimistic, but she's probably done for good. There is no reason to leave her current persona, she has freedom to do whatever she wants, she already has lots of followers here and she would be losing on a lot of money until she redebuts.

I don't think she just wants to leave VOMS behind since they don't seem to be interfering with anything she does. I like Pika and respect her decision to graduate, but if she redebuts it's just a plain stupid decision to go thru all that trouble just to start over at the other company.

coco went out like a yakuza would have done. going out in style with that final three weeks of her hololive career treating like a farewell tour. sad yes but at least fans had time to enjoy her with the amount of collabs and streams after her announcement.

pikamees case will always be tainted by troons ruining her return. she had to lay low from those bullies.
