Furry Fandom and Drama General

Roblox YouTuber/troll and Mad at the Internet viewer Ruben Sim released a video detailing one of his recent pranks against the furry fandom. Essentially, he made a couple tweets to piss them off en masse, made a few more tweets stating he had successfully lobbied to outlaw the furry fandom in Arizona (which they actually fucking believed), and then he posted a throwaway phone number of his (with the implication it was an official number for the Arizona state government) telling people to call in and give their opinion on the bill. So that's exactly what all the furries did :]

You'd have to be pretty gullible to fall for a prank where the information came from a non-official source.

The funniest part is how the first furry that calls assumes that the boomers in some random legislature office would know anything about internet culture lol, or even what fucking Roblox is :story:
These people really do live in their own world, and they don’t realize that no one outside of their gay LARP group understands all their lingo

so now the furries think they're being genocided

Great job! It leaves a bittersweet taste in my mouth... sweet because the furries took bait, line, and sinker, and started seething, bitter because it was just a joke and not true.

First they came for the furries, and I did not speak out, for I am not a furry.
Then they came for the trannies, and I did not speak out, for I am not a tranny.
Then they came for the lolicons, and I did not speak out, for I am not a lolicon.
...That's, uhh, that's it, actually. They never came for me, because I'm a productive member of society and not a mentally ill deviant. Things are really much better now.

Then they came for me.
"But I'm normal." I said.
"Oh, sorry. It must have been a mistake. Have a good day, sir."

Some people may praise this for its ingenuity. Some may laugh at the ridiculousness. I'm kinda sad its not a real bill.
Don't be sad. If it were a real law it would open the door to thought crimes. How would they identify a thought crime, same way the glowies don't take "in minecraft" as a joke but a serious threat.

Still, this is absolutely hilarious and just shows that leftists (since a good majority of furries are leftists) are ignorant sheeple npcs; they don't read they just Reeeee.

ruben sim makes me glad there's still one or two YouTubers out there who still know how to fuck with people and have fun.

Furries seem to be one of the easiest demographics to troll, especially the hardcore terminally online ones.
A supermajority of furries are self-serious, miserable people. They have been chomping at the bit for decades at the chance to actually be persecuted as it would affirm their victim complex. That’s why the furfags try to conflate the furry fandom and any persecution as being inherently anti-gay.
