No, because they actually do as good or better as you can get up north, but are a lot cheaper. American insurance coverage for dentistry is absurdly bad.

I don't know this from personal experience because my teeth are so perfect that I haven't had to consult a dentist in over 30 years. And I routinely chew up hard candy and jawbreakers and all kinds of shit, yet still have all my teeth and even my wisdom teeth.

I do brush and floss every day and even have an ultrasonic tartar remover, but even if I didn't, I'd still get away with my awful behavior. I know people who also do all that shit and their teeth are like chiclets and snap and fall out and they need root canals and other dumb bullshit.

I just laugh and crunch another jawbreaker in their face.

I live in a civilised country where access to healthcare is a fundamental human right, so I can't really relate. We only have to go to third world countries if we want child prostitutes or something.
