Of course I don't, but as a self-proclaimed alpha chad or whatever, combined with a restrictive system that doesn't offer a whole lot of freedom; I'd figure that exercise, even if it's just simple shit you can do in your room like push-ups, sit-ups, plank, etc would be something he does every day.
